WAIVER
We, the undersigned Secondary Teacher II (ST-II) of Sogod National
High School, do hereby waive our rights from applying the post of Teacher III
which is declared vacant by the school administration. Moreover, we are
executing this waiver in order to give priorities to a Teacher-I applicant for
the promotion of Teacher-III in the person of
SHIELA T.
PAELDIN. Furthermore, we execute this waiver by our own free will and
without the influence and infiltration of the school administration. Therefore,
to vouch the validity of this executed waiver, we affixed our signature with
the school administrators as our witnesses.
