What is Insight?
A business intelligence tool that will you assist in optimizing roaming business
and maximizing revenue by creating statistical and revenue provision reports

i.

Analyses and monitors roaming behaviours

ii. Rich in content, flexible in analysis capabilities and customization


iii. Develop strategies and monitor specific traffic patterns

iv. Extract data received in a number of ways and almost unlimited number of
combinations
v. Graphical presentation of the information
vi. Information modules providing data from Data Clearing, Fraud services,
WLAN, Invoicing of roaming partners, Re-pricing or Content Billing /
Messaging

Prerequisites
Access to Syniverse Insight is given through the Syniverse Portal and
requires the following:

Internet access
Your IP address to be configured within Syniverse system
Access to Syniverse Portal (username and password will be given by your Customer Support Manager)

Use of one of the following browser:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, 9 and 10


Mozilla Firefox 17.x
Google Chrome 23.x
