INTRODUCTION
Sometimes for some people from El Espino de Santa Rosa is very difficult to find
establishment where they can get products from bakery.
Creating a bakery shop will be pleasant for many consumers in El Espino Santa Rosa
because it will have a good service and provide different kinds of products derived of
bakery. In the same way, it will be competitive in the market against other similar
businesses. In addition to that, it will set entrepreneur parameters which will let to know
the needs of the clients.
The mission of this project is to be known and recognized for the leadership through the
passion for high standard, the respect for diversity and the commitment to creating
exceptional opportunities for personal growth.
The vision is to be a competitive business to satisfy demanding necessity in the town.
Furthermore, the greatest aspiration, purpose and reason to exist as responsible
business will be reflected in the attention to customers.
It is well known that a business has to take into account different business and legal
standards required by government entities. Therefore, this project will take into
consideration all this requirements to accomplish its goals.
Finally, by establishing a bakery shop in El Espino de Santa Rosa community will provide
many benefits for the people around.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Roses Bakery will be the name for the establishment of the business. Roses
Bakery expects to catch the interest of a regular loyal customer base with its broad
variety of refreshment and cake. This business project plans to build a strong market

position in the town, due to growing of the population and the competitive price of the
products.
Roses Bakery will be located in El Espino de Santa Rosa, close to the
Interamericana way.
The company intends to hire two full-time pastry bakers and six part-time baristas to
handle customer service and day to day operations.
PRODUCT
Roses Bakery will offer a broad range of refreshment and bake products, all from high
quality and accompanied with a good attention to the costumers. Roses Bakery will cater
to all of its customers by providing each customer varieties of refreshments and bake
products made to suit the customer, down to the smallest detail.
San Roque Bakery will provide freshly prepared cakes, cheescake and pastry products
at all times during business operations. Six to eight moderate batches of bake and
cupcake products are prepared during the day to assure fresh baked goods are always
available.
In addition, Roses Bakery will offer delicacies such as smoothies, sandwiches, soda, ice
cream, gelatin and others, Customers will have a timely and friendly attention.
MARKET
The population is increasing in El Espino Santa Rosa community, and every time people
from this town have the needs to buy products derived from bakery. However, this
community does not have a place where they can have what they want. As a result, they
have to waste time and money going to any far establishment to get what they need.
Roses Bakery, and will therefore concentrate its business and marketing on local
residents, which will be the dominant target market. This will establish a healthy,

consistent revenue base to ensure stability of the business. In addition, tourist traffic is
expected to comprise approximately 35% of the revenues. High visibility and competitive
products and service are critical to capture this segment of the market.
This location is new because it has not been established before, but it will have many
advantages for people from El Espino, Los Boquerones and sorrounding towns because
they will not waste time and money. This business will be in a specific place where there
are enough flows of people, and the prices of product will be a little lower than some
businesses which sell similar products. Moreover, this location will be set close to the
Interamericana way.

The Roses Bakery products will cover a range of El Espino Santa Rosa and
sorrounding town expansion counting the time for advertising promotion. What it makes
to think that it will be offering the treats all citizens of town and surrounding areas,
regardless of distinctions.

The owners of the Roses Bakery do not have their own capital to set the
business, so they expect to borrow it. This will provide the bulk of the current financing
required. It will be imperative the need to request seed capital to start the operations of

In that there is not enough advertising to promote the business to attract more customers
from different areas.

San Roque Bakery: is a small location that will be set at El Espino de Santa Rosa
community to sell products like cake, bread, milk, natural juice and so on. This bakery
shop will sell its product with competitive but also lower price according to the need,
pleasure and taste of customers.
The idea to set a bakery shop in El Espino de Santa Rosa community arose because
there is not specific place where people can go to buy this product. This establishment
will provide facility for people to buy products for any meal time. In addition, the people
will not waste money and time. This establishment will also have the price of its products
lower.
For creating this business, it will be necessary to take into account a target place where
there are many people every day and the facility to get there. It is also important to state
that the preparation of the products of this business will be in the hand of people who
have enough abilities in make the products.
The importance of creating a bakery shop in El Espino de Santa Rosa community will
provide a great contribution to the entire town trough excellent attention to the costumers;
as well as creating a job opportunities for some citizens.

morning until night.

As the owners of this business do not have prior knowledge in managing business, so it
will be necessary for them to hire legal counsels and professional people in the business
in order to set it.

As the future plan, Roses Bakery expects to make significant investments in sales,
sales support, and product development personnel. Also, this business expects to be
recognized for its local costumers.

made by professional chef. Roses Bakery will caters to all of its customers by providing
