kindly take some time to help us We need some help dealing with an issue from the
state bank of India about a policy taken by us from LICI.
As the branch manager of Jadevpurs LICI branch, I Implore you to help solve this
issue. It would help very much if you could change the recipient name Dolly Ghosh,
to Dali Ghosh in this policy. I assure you that both Dolly Ghosh and Dali Ghosh, are
in fact the same person. We are willing to cooperate however we can on this issue.

We accepted this policy on
, we used an official voter ID card to issue
identification. At the time the name printed on it was, Dolly Ghosh. It is her birth
name and it should have stayed that way.
But, when issued a new voter ID card by the state due to an unfortunate accident,
involving the destruction of said original voter ID card, a mandatory update
requiring a new voter ID to be issued by our district election committee, and a case
of incompetence from the slightly deaf clerk who issued the new voter ID card, the
name on the card accidently got changed to become Dali Ghosh. This was a long
while ago and support from our local municipality was very low at the time.
It would take a lot of legal legwork to change it back, and no one in my family could
help get it done. And unfortunately over time all our documents had to be remade,
and we had to commission a new pan card under the name Dali Ghosh. Ultimately
all our documents had to be changed to match the name on the voter ID card.
Our old bank account in the Boral Corporative Bank had the name Dolly Ghosh. It
was tied to this policy. Unfortunately, when the time came and LICI sent the returns
from this policy, Boral Corporative bank could not accept the policy cheques from
our investment returns. They unfortunately lacked an IFS code at that moment.

We had to open a new account with SBI, under the name Dali Ghosh since all
documents regarding the matter had been already changed to be named Dali
Ghosh. It was a mistake to throw away our old voter ID card when we were issued
new ones, even though it was thoroughly ripped.

But now this mistake is costing us all the benefits of your given policy. Since the
original name tied to this policy was Dolly Ghosh, and the name of the bank account
we opened in SBI bank, is currently Dali Ghosh, the bank is not accepting our legal
claim that both Dolly Ghosh and Dali Ghosh are the same person, even though we
have already commissioned an affidavit stating that both Dolly Ghosh, and Dali
Ghosh, Are the same person. The issued policy is being held up due to this mishap,
and the bank is refusing to handle this issue.
