Muladbucad Pequeo which is located in the rural heartland of Guinobatan,

dependent on increase in productivity of agricultural lands, particularly rice
fields.
The most renowned symbol of agriculture is rice which is a basic necessity
for every Filipinos. Rice plays an important economic role in society to be
consumed as a means of subsistence. However, the prices of such
commodities are constantly rising primarily due to shortage and inefficiency,
causing hardships to rice-consuming households.
