RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities as a Leasing Executive

- Support the Leasing Manager in planning and implementing a healthy tenancy mix for a
mall.
- Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters
- Assist in preparing rental budgets and cash flows
- Maintain and update tenant listings
- Liaise with architect & consultant during the initial stage of construction
- Evaluate target markets and propose marketing strategies
- Conduct surveys and analyze results
- Coordinate and plan special events
- Formulate ideal trade mix for the mall

Responsibilities as a Marketing Executive

- Involve in formulating, developing and implementing marketing strategies.

- Preparing Sales & Marketing reports.
- Involve in CCM and handle techical issue with architect and project team
- Prepare marketing kit such as brochure, display panel, sales kit, banner , bunting, etc
- Assist in organizing a property launch.
- Ensure buyer's needs and satisfaction.
- Liase with Interior Designer in discussion of show unit.
- Preparing budget & pricing.
- Conduct property survey
