Teach through interactive methods and techniques.
Teach 20% from syllabus of Hindi language and literature with PBL methods by the end
of the year.
To increase students interest for reading HINDI literature apart from textbook.
To improve students vocabulary which are used at public places eg. Railway station,
post office, bank. At least 50 Hindi words.

GUIDELINES
Proactive approach in all dealings with students, parents and colleagues.
Regular parent teacher meeting.
Listen students carefully before give any guidelines.
Create buddy teaching environment in the class room when required.
Design E material for Hindi literature and language syllabus.
Design interesting teaching activities i.e. drama, dance, art, songs, PPT, audio, video.
Create proper environment for reading, provide books, guide students to select books and
motivate students to read Hindi literature.
Introduce students from different types of official papers eg. Rail way ticket, airline
ticket, reservation forms etc.
Create transparency with team peer.
Implements 7 habits
Be regular during training period, practice regularly.
Healthy food, regular exercises/Yoga, proper rest.
RESOURCES:

Class-room.
Office-Staff (for any administrative support to facilitate class-room teaching).
A Computer-Lab.
Computer-Personnel (to assist in the computer-lab)
Transport department for outside visit.
Positive support from Principal, vise principals / Heads, team members, other teachers /
coaches.
Technical resources, i.e. AV rooms, Internet connectivity, LCD, MMP, camera.
