If the file's size is too big, a
secondary file may be used. In that
case, a sequential number (01, 02,
etc.) is added to the end of the file

Specify process for which the question raised.
- Requirement: questions on user requirements, Functional

- Deployment: questions on deployment matters, deployment

Specify the module/section in documents or functionality or subject
referred by the question
Question title, briefly describe the content of the question
Content of the question. If there is a feedback or further clarification
about the same question, use the following format:

For example:
We don't understand XYZ.

Note that the lastest addition is in red so that the involved parties can
