Subject: Updated: SBI Tactical Infrastructure Off-Site HOTEL INFO

The SBI TI PMO is planning to hold an off-site meeting to be held on February 20th at LMI located in
McLean, VA. The objective of this meeting is to provide the attendees with in-progress review of the
overall status of the PF225 and VF300 projects as well as the Boeing supply chain management
contract, Tactical Infrastructure O&M contracts, and our on-going public outreach and coordination. The
draft agenda is attached below.

In addition to the SBI TI PMO staff, we would like representatives from the Office of Border Patrol,
Southwest Border Patrol Sectors (e.g. TI Coordinators), SBInet, CBP Asset Management, CBP Office of
General Counsel, the Army Corps of Engineers (including the PF225 and VF300 Project Managers and
Sector PMs), the Department of the Interior and Boeing.

We would appreciate the identification of your respective attendees by NLT February 13th. Space is
limited to approximately 100 persons so we ask that only key personnel involved in the execution of the
projects be identified.

We have 20 rooms blocked for February 19 and 20. Please ask for the "DHS" room block when you call
in. If at all possible, please call the hotel by COB Tuesday 2/12 to reserve your room. (Please let us
know if additional rooms are needed on the block.)
