lmnsactionsor commerce, participatein anycoechingclinicsor camps,endorse
any productsin any form, or appearfor paymenton any radio or television
programs,withouthavingfirst notitiedand securedthe writtenapprovalof the
AthleticDirectorand the Presidentor designee-Notwithstanding anythingto the
contraryin UnlversitysConfliotof commitmentPolicy,the AthleticDirectormay
approvea requestto engagein outsideactivitiesupona deteminationthat the
acliv*y will not result in a conflictof commitmentto coACH'E Universitydutie€.
COACHshallnottakeanyactioninconsistent obligations
with University's under
any agreements betweenthe University and any manufuciurer,seller,or vendor
shoes,equipment,
of athletically-related apparelandanyotherathletically related
products.

24. WAIVEROFVACATION

As a conditionof employment underthis Agreement, COACHwaivesany right


she may have to vacation leave under OAR 580-0214030 or any other
applicablelaw or policy. However,Univarsityrecognizes that in orderb tumll
COAcH'sjob responsibilities,COACHwill likelywork longhoursior sustained
periodsof time beyonda typicalprofessional workweek,and thattherewill be
periodswhenthe dutiesof the positionwill not requireCOACHto worka typical
professionalworkweek.

Appointmentfor coaches,alhleticadminislrators, and otherpersonnelassociatedwith thg intercoll€giatg
alhleticspfogramas weljas disb'ibuted to and dlscussedlvilh all studentaihletes.
