105.1 CROSSOVER CORPORATE PROFILE

The Mareco Broadcasting Network, Inc. made its debut in the radio industry in
July 1, 1963 Its first AM station DZBM 740 kHz originally served only as a
promotional venye for Mareco's own Mabuhay and Villar Records . It also held the
local license to produce and market foreign music labels from a peak of over a
hunded major international recording companies. During this time, DZBM played
the latest and widest variety of popular music and was consistenly no. 1 in the
surveys, contributing signifacatly in popularizing radio as a prime entertainment
medium in Manila
in September 2, 1965 DZLM 1430 kHz AM was a first music and news AM station
of Villar Records and Mabuhay Records
in September 21, 1972 DZBM and DZLM close down in martial law
With its increasing listenership, Mareco Broadcasting Network eventually
opened DZBM to commercial adversting. For enhanced quality, the station moved
from AM to FM band and became known as DWOO at 1430 kHz and DWLM-FM at
105.1 MHz in 1972 as So-FM in 1983 as Super Tulong Pinoy 105.1 a opm music

in August 3, 1985 DZBM as Power FM BM 105 a New Wave format and changed its
callsign to DWBM-FM in the July 1, 1991 the Mareco Broadcasting Network,
underwent several changes in management, as well as programming, with the
end result being 105.1 Crossover in June 1, 1994 with a smooth jazz format
MBN then realized its plans expansion with the opening of 99.1 Crossover (DYBMFM) in Bacolod City on February 1, 1997 93.1 Crossover (DYWF-FM) in Cebu on
September 2, 1997 (late moved to DYAC-FM 90.7 MHz in July 2, 2003), and 93.1
Crossover (DXLR-FM) in Davao City on June 12, 1999 changed to DXAC-FM in
March 29, 2016 bringing the Crossover concept to southern area of the country.
The Manila broadcast is now also heard live over 105.1 FM in Baguio City on
November 1999 soon to operate 97.3 Crossover (DWGH-FM) in Tuguegarao City
