It amazes me and fills me of joy the various ways in which I can

achieve success in Jesus if I dispose myself to be a person who
wishes to be helped and not look for answers on my own when
facing situations which I have to detach from my life and dont know
how to get them loose.
For a long time, through my human wisdom, I dedicated to look for
solutions without considering Gods divine wisdom. That provoked
me to sink even deeper into my difficulties due to the lack of
understanding and maybe due to stubbornness by trying to solve
my mistakes without having the guide of the Lord Jesus.
Today, I firmly believe that this new project focusses in the need women,
from all levels of society have, to find mechanisms with which she is able
to achieve feeling full, satisfy, and happy of having a defined identity in
Jesus Christ and be productive.
Thats why, the importance of this valuable tool, so that as a woman,
understand that answers to our necessities can be obtained in a
simple way. And that, when everything seems hopeless, answers
from Jesus will come if you do not complaint or deny the problem
you are going through.
By own experience I have understood that when I do not force
answers, these will come in a natural way and in Gods time, because
each experience I have been through, has made my faith in the love
of Jesus give me new hope.

suffered many personal setbacks that led
me to a place of no hope, afraid and alone.

and children call Love In Action. Through
this organization Brenda partnered with
many governments, putting on citywide
events in over 10 countries providing jobs,
scholarships, food, medicine, literature and
sports training.
Noting her successful career in Business
and Social Service, Brenda was hired to
work with FGBMFI. Her grandfather Demos
Shakarian, founded this organization and
together with her father Richard Shakarian,
as the current International President,
it has grown to 150 nations of the world.
Brenda served as Executive of International
Relations. Later she created a television
show to feature the motivating personal
stories of people in International Business.
She was Executive Producer for No
Borders television show. The show was
send throughout the United States, Latin
America, Europe and Africa.
Brenda is
currently the head of the Business Women
internationally within the organization.

Sandra Mendoza is a successful Doctor of

Chemistry and Pharmaceuticals from Honduras.
Although she is a professional women and has
had success in her professional life, this does not
fully tell you just who this women is. You see, to
really understand her you need to go back to the
beginning of her life. She had a brave mother
and an irresponsible father who never cared due to the anger that was inside of her. Everyday
about his family at all. She suffered rejection and in her house there were terrible fights, no love or
abandonment issues because of this.

She became rebellious in her teenage years and
married at a young age. She was so full of hope
until fifteen days into her marriage. That is when
her husband became verbally and emotionally
abusive.
This was devastating to realize that
another man that she wanted to love her, only
rejected her. She became so depressed that she
wanted to kill herself. Every day she regretted
ever marrying this man. One day during one of his
times of abuse and rage, he threw her completely
naked out into the street. After that she began
taking antidepressants to numb the pain that
plagued her mind. It was right around the time of
that terrible incident that she discovered she was
pregnant. She rejected her daughter from the day
she was born because of all that she had gone
through. When her daughter was very young, she
used to physically abuse her. Her little girl could
not sleep because of the pain and bruises on her
small body. She used to pee on herself because
she was afraid of her mom. Sandra wanted to
take her revenge out on her child to punish her
husband for mistreating her. She had another
child and she treated that little boy the same way
and she would curse at him. She hit her son once
with a wire and ended up trying to strangle him

One day Sandra's daughter was the one who

got up and told her personal story at an FGBMFI
Women's meeting. She heard for the first time,
how much pain that her daughter had been in.
Her daughter told everyone how she had also
tried to commit suicide several times. She talked
about how Jesus rescued her and delivered her

She started going to hospitals
to share her story and many
people have found the same
healing that she received
through her relationship with
God. She also now gives out
clothing and food to people in
need. Her family is restored

Eleven years into the marriage, her husband was

in a terrible car accident and died. Sandra was
left with two young children. Her depression kept
getting worse and she decided that she was ready
to die. She tried to commit suicide two different
times by throwing herself off of a bridge but she
survived both attempts. She could not shake off
her grief and sorrow. Those emotions became
her closest friend.
She devoted herself to working on her career but
she emotionally abandoned her children. She
became addicted to her work which caused her to
reach a very high Management position. She was
put in charge of two countries for her company,
which made her busier than ever.
She kept
busy so she didn't have to deal with her issues.
Domestic maids took care of her children. Sandra
did not feel that her children were important. The
only thing that she valued was her career.
Years later after her children were grown, her
daughter invited her to an FGBMFI Women's
Meeting. She decided to go but found something
very unexpected. One of the women at the meeting

from drugs and alcohol. They had a moment where

she forgave her mother and their lives began to
be transformed! Sandra's son got up at another
meeting and talked about what had happened
in his life and told the people how he had also
tried to kill himself many times. He asked God
and his mother right in front of everyone at that
meeting, to forgive him because because he had
been planning to kill her too! He had so much
rage against his mom. That day, mother and son
forgave each other.

line of this movement. This is the focus of the Ladies Training Conference in Miami on May 13-14, 2016.

76 ladies (and a few husbands as well) gathered from 10 different nations. I believe the tremendous
turn out at this event was because of the hunger to reach our cities for Jesus Christ.
I want to thank all of the ladies who took time out of your busy schedules, and some at great expense,
to attend the conference. We even had two vans full of women that drove 32 hours each way to be
there. That kind of commitment is what God is looking for in all of us and I feel proud to work alongside
these women.

Inicio conociendo de la Palabra a travs del escuchar

Conferencia de las senoras de Formacion en Miami los dias 13-14 de mayo de 2016.

que el gran giro a cabo en este caso fue debido a la hambre para llegar a nuestras ciudades de
Jesucristo.
Quiero agradecer a todas las mujeres que tomaron tiempo de sus apretadas agendas, y algunos
con grandes gastos, para asistir a la conferencia. Incluso tuvimos dos furgonetas llenas de
mujeres que llevaron a 32 horas en cada sentido de estar alli. Ese tipo de compromise es lo

descubri que estaba embarazada. Ella rechaz
su hija desde el da en que naci debido a todo
lo que haba pasado. Cuando su hija era muy
joven, sola abusar fsicamente de ella. Su nia
no poda dormir debido al dolor y contusiones en
su pequeo cuerpo. Se utiliza para hacer pis en s
misma porque tena miedo de su madre. Sandra
quera llevar a cabo su venganza sobre su hijo
para castigar a su marido por maltratar a ella.
Ella tena otro hijo y que trataba a ese nio de la
misma manera y ella maldeca a l. Ella golpe a
su hijo una vez con un alambre y termin tratando

inesperado. Una de las mujeres en la reunin se
levant y comparti la historia de su vida. Esa
seora habl de cmo Dios haba cambiado su
vida y le trajo mucha paz. Eso realmente toc el
corazn de Sandra. Esa reunin fue hace doce
aos y fue entonces cuando Sandra tom la
mejor decisin de su vida y dijo que s a Jess.
Ella comenz a sentir el verdadero amor de su
vida.
Un da, la hija de Sandra fue el que se levant
y le dijo a su historia personal en la reunin de
mujeres pro FIHNEC. Ella escuch por primera
vez, la cantidad de dolor que su hija haba

empez a ir a los hospitales para
compartir su historia y muchas
personas han encontrado la
misma sanacin que recibi a

necesitadas. Su familia est
restaurado y ahora tienen
amor en su familia, la alegra y
propsito!

Once aos en el matrimonio, su marido estaba en

un terrible accidente de coche y muri. Sandra
se qued con dos nios pequeos. Su depresin
segua empeorando y decidi que estaba listo
para morir. Ella trat de suicidarse dos veces
diferentes arrojndose desde un puente, pero
ella sobrevivi dos intentos. No poda quitarse de
encima la tristeza y el dolor. Esas emociones se
convirti en su amigo ms cercano.
Se dedic a trabajar en su carrera, pero
emocionalmente abandon a sus hijos. Ella se
convirti en adicto a su trabajo que la llev a
alcanzar una posicin muy alta Direccin. Ella
se puso a cargo de dos pases por su empresa,
lo que la haca ms ocupado que nunca. Ella se
mantuvo ocupada para no tener que lidiar con sus
problemas. empleadas domsticas se hicieron
cargo de sus hijos. Sandra no se senta que sus
hijos eran importantes. La nica cosa que ella
valoraba era su carrera.
Aos ms tarde despus de que sus hijos
crecieron, su hija la invit a una reunin de mujeres

pasado, su hija le dijo a cada uno cmo ella

tambien haba tratado de suicidarse varias veces.
lla habl de cmo Jess la rescat y la entrega
de las drogas y el alcohol. Tenan un momento en
el que perdon a su madre y su vida comenz a
ser transformado! El hijo de Sandra se levant en
otra reunin y habl de lo que haba sucedido en
su vida y dijo a la gente cmo l tambin haba
tratado de suicidarse muchas veces. Le pidi a
Dios y su madre justo en frente de todo el mundo
en esa reunin, que lo perdone porque porque l
haba estado planeando matarla tambin! Tena
tanta rabia contra su madre. Ese da, madre e hijo
perdonaron unos a otros.

MI HISTORIA

Cindy Jacobs es autora, oradora y maestra

con un corazn para las naciones. Cindy y su
esposo de 42 aos, Mike, fundaron el ministerio
Generales Internacionales en 1985. Desde esa
red de lderes de oracin nacieron conferencias
que se han difundido en ciudades a travs de los
Estados Unidos.

A travs de los aos han nacido muchas

iniciativas del ministerio de Cindy.
Algunos
son: Conferencias sobre Guerra Espiritual Para
Negocios; un Ministerio Internacional de Mujeres
llamado The Deborah Company (La Compaa
de Deborah, Jueces 4 y 5). En el 2003, Generales
Internacional lanz un programa de televisin y
en el internet llamado God Knows (Dios Sabe).

Hoy, Cindy Jacobs desea que la gente sepa que

Dios est hablando y que l desea hacer cosas
sorprendentes en y a travs de las vidas de las
personas. l desea que cada creyente opere en
lo sobrenatural. Esto ocurrir cuando el poder del
Espritu Santo venga sobre ellos, como dice en
las Escrituras Hechos 1:8 Recibirn el poder
cuando el Espritu Santo venga sobre ustedes,
y sern mis testigos Para recibir estos dones

espirituales, todo lo que necesitan hacer es

Cindy experiment este poder de primera mano

por ella misma y desde entonces nunca ha sido la
misma. Cindy es la hija de un Pastor y creci en
la iglesia. Amaba a Dios, y hasta participaba en
las actividades de la iglesia. Aun as, ella nunca
experiment el gozo de una vida transformada;
nunca experimento la Paz, o el Poder de Dios de
lo cual tanto se hablaba en la Biblia.

Cuando asista a la universidad, empez a

abrumarse con las presiones de la vida y empez
a sentirse deprimida. Luego, una amistad le dio
un libro que describa al Espritu Santo. Aunque
saba que el Espritu Santo era Dios, no estaba
ntimamente familiarizada con l. A medida que
continuaba leyendo el libro que su amiga le regal,
lleg al punto en que estaba lista para preguntarle
a Dios sobre el Espritu Santo. Su desesperacin
sobrepas sus temores y or:
Querido Dios, no existe ningn don que tengas
para que yo no le desee. As es que, si Tu deseas
darme ms poder del Espritu Santo y el don de
lenguas, yo deseo recibirlos.

Nada paso por unos momentos. Luego sinti que

Dios abri el cielo y derramo Su paz sobre cada
parte de ella. Sinti una nueva intimidad con Dios.
Empez alabar al Seor. Pero, lleg la hora de
regresar a clases. Mientras se baaba, empez
a cantar en otro idioma y ms hermosamente que
jams lo haba hecho. Mientras Cindy hablaba
en otras lenguas, not que tuvo ms valenta y
poder al compartir el amor de Dios con otros.

No paso mucho tiempo antes de que Cindy

empez a imponer manos sobre los enfermos para
sanarlos y ha continuado ministrando hasta el da
de hoy con el poder del Espritu Santo. Cindy
dice que Dios usar los dones y circunstancias
en nuestra vida para hacer que los corazones de
otros vuelvan a l. Esto se llama Evangelismo
Proftico.

Cindy es la autora de siete libros, incluyendo

xitos como Possessing the Gates of the Enemy
(Poseyendo las Puertas del Enemigo); The Voice
of God (La Voz de Dios) y Women of Destiny
(Mujeres de Destino).

dormido en su carrito. Su pequea nia

costurera y luego se dorma en su corralito
mientras Brenda trabajaba hasta tarde en
la noche... para llegar a casa pasada la
media noche y empezar nuevamente el
siguiente da temprano por la maana.
Este esfuerzo fue un tremendo riesgo
porque si el negocio fracasaba, ella lo
perdera todo. La fe de Brenda entr
en accin cuando decide depender de
Dios para cada da. Si ella necesitaba
contratar a alguien, oraba al Seor para

Brenda tambin dise prendas nicas
para personajes notables de Hollywood.
Adems, present su lnea de ropa en
grandes Espectculos de Moda en
diferentes estados.
A lo largo de su vida, Brenda ha trabajado
con varias organizaciones para ayudar
a crear soluciones para gente pobre.
Recientemente, inici su propia fundacin
para mujeres y nios llamada, Love in
Action (Amor en Accin). A travs de
esta organizacin, Brenda se asocia con
muchos gobiernos, realizando eventos
en ciudades en ms de diez pases
proveyendo trabajos, becas, alimentos,
medicina, literatura y entrenamiento de
deportes.
Al ver su exitosa carrera en los negocios y
servicio social, Brenda fue contratada para
trabajar con la Fraternidad Internacional
de Hombres de Negocios del Evangelio

Su abuelo, Demos Shakarian, fund esta
organizacin y junto con su padre, Richard

Respuestas un proyecto hermoso que Dios me ha permitido realizar

con una Hija de Dios que considero llena de la Sensibilidad y del
Poder del Seor. Me asombra y me llena de gozo las diversas
maneras como puedo lograr xitos en Jess, si me dispongo a ser
una persona que desea ser ayudada y no busca su propia respuesta
para enfrentar situaciones de las cuales tengo que desprender de
mi vida y no se como lograr soltarlas.

Durante mucho tiempo me dedique por medio de mi sabidura

humana, a buscar soluciones sin tomar en cuenta la sabidura divina
de Dios y eso provocaba que me hundiera mas en la dificultad por la
falta de entendimiento y tal vez por la terquedad de solucionar mis
desaciertos sin tener la gua del Seor Jess.
Hoy creo firmemente que este nuevo proyecto enfoca la necesidad de
la mujer de todas las esferas de la sociedad encontrar mecanismos
con los cuales pueda lograr sentirse llena, satisfecha y feliz de tener
una identidad definida en Jesucristo y ser productiva.
