Exploring database system

The survey was conducted to inquire about the different
database systems,and we wanted to know about the school
administration database system.

How do you maintain your data?

Me along with other teachers are responsible for storing the database of all the
students,teachers,staff.
Any student who is new to the school maintain a record of the student and his/her information

LikeThe child's health issues

Name date of birth blood group
And if the child is a border than it is important to take the required information
I store all the information as soft copy and if the information will be stored and segregated
Into different groups,According to the requirement of the department the data will be sent
Everything is accessible to me.
For example- if the transport department is in need of some information of the staff or student
they segregate information and separate distributed it to different departments

We divide in the way where each department can access the required information needed about
the staff or the student.

If there are any changes, how do you manage them ?

I quickly make the changes,as i can access everything

I maintain a record of everything for example-the student attendance
-the teachers attendance
-and the dorm information
Etc.
