Hawaii Prize includes: Round trip flights for two people, from any major U.S./Canada
city to Honolulu, 7-night hotel accommodations at Waikiki area, car rental, all airline
and hotel taxes.
London Prize includes: Round trip flights for two people, from any major U.S./Canada
city to London, 3-night hotel accommodation in central London, breakfast daily, theatre
tickets, all airline and hotel taxes.
Winners must be:

North American Citizens.

Over 18 years of age. At least one adult.

OFFICIAL RULES
No purchase necessary. Prize must be redeemed and trip completed on or
before December 15, 2017. Certificate expires after that date. Winner(s) will be notified by
e-mail and/or phone. Entry must show first and last name. Entry showing last name only
will disqualify contestant. Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Departure city must be a North American major gateway city only. No stopover allowed on
route to/from destination. Saturday night stay at destination may be required. Reservation
request must be made in writing or email at least 45 days before requested departure date.
Itinerary cannot be modified once requested and/or once travel documents have been
issued. Duration of trip is up to 7 night stay for Hawaii and up to 3 night stay for London.
Requested flights and departure/return dates are subject to availability at advance
purchase and/or promotional air fare category. Flights at certain dates may not be
available and alternate airports and/substitute dates will be offered. Selected gateway
airport may not be necessarily the closest airport to the winners residence location.
Passengers must provide first, middle & last name as shown on their government or state
identification document, and date of birth.
Travel International Sports and Action Youth/Legacy Global Sports are not responsible for
any additional costs incurred because of missed flights. In case of a trip cancellation by
the winner, for any reason, after travel documents have been issued, travel cannot be
rescheduled for a future date and the cost of prize, will be claimed back to TIS &AY.

Winner(s) may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability. All
additional applicable federal, state, or local taxes or fees, are the sole responsibility of the
winner(s). Winner(s) consent to use of their names without additional compensation, except
where prohibited by law. Employees of Travel International Sports and Action
Youth/Legacy Global Sports, their immediate families or advertising agencies staff
members associated with this promotion cannot participate in this promotion.
If prize notification or attempted notification is returned undeliverable, prize will be
forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Offer void where prohibited by law. We
reserve the right to terminate the draw before official drawing date. In such case, winner(s)
will be drawn from all qualified accrued entries. Travel International Sports, Action Youth
and Legacy Global Sports, its Webmasters and Site Hosts, are not responsible for any loss
of data, partial or complete records, entered via the electronic entry form due to Internet
service or server malfunctions and/or virus, illegal/unauthorized manipulation of systems,
and/or any other malfunction of communication equipment that may cause loss of records.
In such case, raffle tickets will be automatically canceled and no prize(s) will be awarded.
No correspondence will be acknowledged. Travel International Sports or Action Youth and
any other cosponsors of this promotion, advertising agencies, or employees are not liable
whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, caused by any utilization of
the prize(s). Fundraising prizes are offered to Travel International Sports and Action Youth
and affiliate companies teams. Any fundraising activity is the sole responsibility of the
team and its members. Travel International Sports & Action Youth are not responsible for
any aspect of the fundraising operations. Travel International Sports & Action Youth are not
responsible for any entry forms lost in mail or any other delivery company. Travel
International Sports is a California registered corporation. Any litigation, arbitration or court
claim must be processed in the state of California. Travel International Sports, Action
Youth and Legacy Global Sports reserve the right to amend, modify and interpret all above
rules or cancel this promotion without prior notice.

RESPONSIBILITY: The suppliers providing the air transportation, accommodations, and

all other arrangements are independent contractors and are directly responsible for their
own operations. By using the services of these suppliers you agree that TIS, AY & LGS will
not be held liable for any bodily injury and/or financial damages, incidental or direct,
incurred in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or any other services
rendered as part of the tour, including but not limited to, negligence, defective equipment,
strikes, cancellations or changes in itineraries or schedules, delays, trip interruptions,
cease operations, bankruptcies, rate increases, weather conditions, or Act of God. The
airlines passenger contract, once issued, constitutes the sole agreement between the
passenger and the airline. Any or all transportation companies shall incur their liabilities as
common carriers. Any claims if made, shall be sought directly from the suppliers. Please
also be aware that different states and provinces have different raffle and gambling laws
and it is the responsibility of the Club or Group to comply with these. If you cancel from a
tour the money cannot be kept and must be returned to the ticket buyer or donated to your
club.
