TUITION FEES PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND REFUND POLICY

Mines-Nantes and Telecom-Bretagne adopt the following policy concerning the tuition fees for the French Summer School including an international
private insurance until September 2016.

2. Payment schedule for the tuition fees

The students should pay 100 % of the total fees at least 2 months before the beginning of the French courses.

3. Refund policy for the tuition fees

Every cancellation must be notified by letter, dated and signed.
3.1. If a student cancels less than one month before the start of the French Summer School there will be a full refund of the payment except the
administrative costs: 100 euros.
3.2 If a student cancels after the beginning of the French Summer School, there will be no refund.
3.3 If a student does not receive his/her passport/visa through no fault of his own (with official proof), there will be a full refund except the
administrative costs: 100 euros.
