The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable
Thomas S. Zilly, United States District Judge:

Defendant Michael Wilsons Motion for an Extension to Answer, docket
13 no. 48, is GRANTED. Defendant may file an answer or move to dismiss by Friday, June
17, 2016. The Court advises defendant to review Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)
14 in determining whether to first file a motion to dismiss or an answer.

The Court is aware Mr. Wilson has attempted to file a motion to dismiss on
two occasions by emailing the CM/ECF Support Group. The Court advises Mr. Wilson
16 that to file a motion or answer he must do so either by mailing the Clerk of the Court or
