Our handcrafted courtyard homes at


After the Rain are set under a blanket of
earth, each with a landscaped, green roof
keeping them cool in summer and warm
in winter. Each home has been cleverly
designed to appear low and inviting like
single level homes from the outside, while
being spacious two level homes from the
inside with tons of natural light.
In this way, we are able to restore to life, a
site which other kind of homes would crush
forever. Its not just close to nature; its part
of the ecosystem.
Needless to say, these earth-sheltered
homes are scientific, intelligent and cool
(literally).
These homes romanticise the pleasure of
changing seasons; may it be the freshness
after a rain shower or the lazy summers or
cool winters or the blossoming spring. The
selective use of natural materials provides
a warm texture to the living experience.
Each home is designed such that you enter
at a middle level and then step down or
up, only half a flight to get to the bedroom
and family levels. Every space opens to the
courtyard, which is the central focus.
Amenities include a swimming pool,
a tennis court, childrens play area, jogging
track and a clubhouse housing top of the
line gymnasium, squash courts, badminton
courts, billiards and guest suites.

These customised homes will be


available in 2 product types V30 (3090 |

Each Villa has a seamless transition from

full-length sliding windows, that extend
onto a wooden deck and garden.
