2. This pertains to the CMC PNP Anti-Illegal Drugs Campaign Plan (Project Double Barrel) in
support to the Barangay Drug Clearing Strategy of the government and the neutralization
of illegal drug personalities nationwide.
3. In this regard, advised your respective PCOs to read and understand the content of CMC
PNP Anti-Illegal Drugs Campaign Plan (Project Double Barrel) in Affidavit Form. Submit to
this Office (Attn: RAIDMC) their duly notarized Affidavit following the attached Affidavit of
Undertaking NLT July 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM for consolidation prior submission to the
Office of Acting Regional Director.

That I have read and understood the contents of said PRO2 ROPD CMC 39/2016,
including the general guidelines, the tasks and the implementation of PROJECT DOUBLE
BARREL;
That I attest to the veracity of the foregoing declarations and I will hold myself
administratively and/or criminally liable should there be falsity or misrepresentation for
such statements;
That further this affidavit is executed for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
