Description of Incident Provide a description of the incident and how you were
victimized. Provide information not captured elsewhere in this complaint form.
The computer hacker corrupted my download and install of McAfee anti-virus software. For the
past year I was using the Geek Squad installed anti-virus software and the unlimited protection
plan. I had used the 30 free trial of McAfee and under the terms of agreement my 30 trial expired
and it was automatically renewed with the one year protection plan payment of $95.32 including
tax. The hacker first corrupted the download of the file, then I rebooted and got the download, so
he then corrupted the install process.
As you are aware, I am no stranger to these complaints and wish to update you on my progress in
the fight against this extreme hacking program. I have been hacked out of my pacer account,
which is used to file my pro se litigation in U.S. Federal courts. For the past 5 or more months I
had to travel to Philadelphia every few weeks to obtain court dockets. The ECF staff at U.S.
District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania gave me a work around which allows me to
file in the courts, but I lost the access to the dockets. In the U.S. Third Circuit I have to travel to
Philadelphia to file paper copies. I have recently file a new Habeus Corpus in the Middle District
Court in Harrisburg and am awaiting instructions from ECF for filing electronically. I also lost the

ability to file via the PA File and Serve system for Commonwealth Court filings and all Appellate
courts, which I currently have 2 cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and one in the
Superior Court.

Not to tell you what to do, but you should investigate the Lancaster City Bureau of
Police, especially considering the files of 1972 and my father Samuel P. Caterbone, Jr.
In 1973 the President of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas wrote a Court
Order demanding my father "vacate the county of Lancaster". His crime was forging a
$200 check from his own corporation, Sam Caterbone Cleaners, Inc. Of course in 1987 I
had 4 felonies and 3 misdemeanors for essentially stealing my own files out of my own
Office at 1755 Oregon Pike from the company I founded, registered, and capitalized,
Financial Management Group, Ltd.,. Of course that was after I blew the Whistle on
ISC/CIA/NSA. After the merger was complete with Ferranti in December of 1987, ALL
CHARGES WERE DISMISSED IN MARCH OF 1988. IN REGARDS TO MY COUNTLESS
