Restrictions

Youagreenotto,andyouwillnotpermitothersto:

a)license,sell,rent,lease,assign,distribute,transmit,host,outsource,discloseorotherwise
commerciallyexploittheApplicationormaketheApplicationavailabletoanythirdparty.

ModificationstoApplication

reservestherighttomodify,suspendordiscontinue,temporarilyor

liabilitytoyou.

TermandTermination

ThisAgreementwillterminateimmediately,withoutpriornoticefrom

theeventthatyoufailtocomplywithanyprovisionofthisAgreement.Youmayalsoterminatethis
AgreementbydeletingtheApplicationandallcopiesthereoffromyourmobiledeviceorfromyour
desktop.

UponterminationofthisAgreement,youshallceasealluseoftheApplicationanddeleteallcopies
oftheApplicationfromyourmobiledeviceorfromyourdesktop.

Severability

IfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisheldtobeunenforceableorinvalid,suchprovisionwillbe
changedandinterpretedtoaccomplishtheobjectivesofsuchprovisiontothegreatestextent
possibleunderapplicablelawandtheremainingprovisionswillcontinueinfullforceandeffect.

AmendmentstothisAgreement

reservestheright,atitssolediscretion,tomodifyorreplacethis
Agreementatanytime.Ifarevisionismaterialwewillprovideatleast
30(changesthis)
days'notice
