GALAT "Online Administrative Management technology file:

exaggerated amounts of paper, implementing a new system
that helps the smooth handling of files and stationers which
are belonging to each entity and thus bring order to help
reduce time and labor. Giving customers everything they

FUNCTION OF POSITION
Direct, coordinate, monitor and dictate standards for the
efficient development of the activities of the Bank in
compliance with the policies adopted.

Establish mandates to represent the Bank in judicial and


extrajudicial businesses and take the actions that may be
required in defense of institutional interests.
Strengthen and worry about the working environment
and staff for community success.
Adopt regulations, operating manuals and issue rules and
procedures necessary for the fulfillment of the activities
of the entity.
Comply with all the functions that relate to the
organization and operation that are not already expressly
attributed to another authority.
FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
PROFILE FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

experience of 1 year, must have professional education in
finance and accounting also having an appropriate knowledge
to perform administrative functions based on the
