Suppliers: Viva! Holidays is not
itself a transport, tour, event or
accommodation provider. In
making your travel arrangements
we act only as an agent for the
airlines, hotels, tour operators and
other suppliers who supply those
services. You should obtain and
read the applicable supplier’s terms
and conditions as they may limit or
exclude their liability to you.
How to Book: Contact your licensed
AFTA travel consultant, who will
be responsible for managing your
booking and forwarding your
payment to us. You will be deemed
to have accepted these conditions
on behalf of everyone named in
your booking. Please note that all
requests for bookings are subject to
availability.
Booking Fee: Your travel agency
may apply a booking fee in
addition to the price of your holiday
package. Please check at the time
of booking. If you book directly
with Viva! Holidays by telephone,
a telephone service fee of $25 is

Payment: A non-refundable deposit
is payable within seven days of
confirmation of your booking:
