NazarethDistrictCourt.
YourBureausAugust14,2016Response(referencedabove),raisesconcernsthat
investigationofthecriminalcomplaintwaspervertedbeforeitevenstarted:
a.Asstatedabove,theCriminalComplaintisagainstYitzhakCohen,Esther
Hellman,andAvrahamAvraham.TheComplaintdetailstheircollusionconduct
ofsimulatedcourtprocessinStateofIsraelvRomanZadorov(502/07)inthe

NazarethDistrictCourt.However,yourBureausResponsenotesonlyreceiptof
thecomplaintagainstformerJudgeYitzhakCohn.Itremainsunclear,whetherit
isahumanerrorordeliberateperversion.Therefore,Ihereinrequestyour
clarificationonthisissue.
b.TheComplaintitselfnotestheStateProsecutorandhisseniorstaffclearconflicts
ofinterestpertainingtotheComplaint.TheComplaintalsocitesProfMota
Kremnitzer,whowroteintheRomanZadorovaffair:ConductoftheState
Prosecutionisscaryisnotseekingthetruth...Therefore,referralofthe
ComplainttotheStateProsecutorsBureauisincomprehensible.Ihereinrequest
yourclarificationregardingthisissue.
TheComplaintitselfnotesthatitshouldbedeemedaconstitutionalcrisisgiven
theplethoraofinvolvedlawenforcementandjusticeauthorities,andtheconcern
thatthereisnoeffectivemechanisminthelawoftheStateofIsraelforaddressing
complaintsofcorruptionofthejusticesystemitself.Therefore,instantinquiryis
alsocopiedtoJusticeMinisterAyeletShaked,MKNissanSlomianskyChairmanof
theConstitution,Law,andJusticeCommittee,andMKKarinElharrar
ChairwomanoftheOversightCommittee,hopingthattheykeepawatchfuleye
regardingyourhandlingoftheComplaint.
InstantinquiryisalsocopiedtotheUNHumanRightsCouncil,WorkingGroupon
ArbitraryDetention,asanAppendixtoComplaint,whichIfiledwithMsOlga
Grishaev(RomanZadorovswife),inthesamematter.
InstantInquiryisalsocopiedtotheHagueInternationalCriminalCourt.TheHague
Courthasnojurisdictioninthismatter.However,theComplaint,filedwithyour
office,andlikewisetheComplaint,filedwiththeUNHumanRightsCouncil,raise
concernofwidespreadincompetenceand/orcorruptionoftheIsraelijusticesystem,
particularlyinitstreatmentofthose,whoarenotJewishand/orIsraelicitizens.
Suchissueismaterialrelativetoothercomplaintsthatarependingbeforethe
HagueCourt.
Forallthereasons,indicatedabove,yourresponseregardinginstantinquiryshould
beclearanddetailedenoughinordertoenablecomprehendingyourhandlingof
thismatter.
