Dear Sirs, With reference to above mentioned tender, please find hereafter response to queries raised by Tenderers
below.

Q1: We need the specific design / location / quantities of access control to be provisioned for Tournament.
A1: Contractor is responsible to make provision in base build for expansion for tournament. The Tournament
Access Control System Design shall be designed developed and installed by the Contractor. Final Quantities
and locations shall be identified by the Contractor and reviewed and approved by the SC.The Tenderer shall, at a
minimum, include for all locations requiring Access control per the Room data sheets, the Door Schedule and
Security Plans.

Q2: What is the spares percentage to be considered for CCTV provisioning. The spares includes only passive
components (or) CCTV Camera also? Pls confirm
A2: Contractor to make provision in base build for expansion for tournament. Spares shall be in line with
General Requirements in Division 1. Tournament CCTV will utilize the Building when possible, However 20 % of
the CCTV provisioning for Passive components to be considered.

Q3: "Security of venue logistics by Have identifying those resupply vehicles which arrive at a precinct VSA/MTA outside
of a pre-determined period of time"We need the locations and quantities of ANPR camera's.
A3: Contractor to make provision in base build for expansion for tournament.

Q4: It is mentioned on page 9 on the top-right corner that Kitchen FF&E are to be completed by Tricon, please kindly let
us know whether and when this Kitchen FF&E would be provided to bidders, if not please kindly provide specifications of
some of the equipment: Modular Cold Room Sizes, geo-specs of the cupboards, the output level needed for the remote
compressors, the clean definition of Large Medium and Small for the cooking ranges, insect control units, Modular freezer
room, blast chiller/freezer capacity, water filter unit capacity, etc..

A4: All information available is in the RFP. The Contractor shall utilize a qualified Commercial Kitchen specialist
todevelop the all Kitchen designs in accordance with the Requirements, Strategyand Equipment lists in the
Food and Beverage ReportSC-C01-CAF-FOS-REP-AR-00047 Rev T0 and Specification Division 114000
Foodservice Equipment. The current status of the design is to a SchematicLevel and the Contractor will be
developing the design to a detailed level aspart of their obligations

Q5: Item Under Heading Fire rated plenum; details TBC-Plenum CeilingsPlease kindly confirm the details so we can
quote for this item accordingly.
A5: Tenderer to refer to Tender Bulletin 11 answer to question 58.

Q6: Minimum 0,5% (of gross capacity) of disabledspectators (including wheelchair and all other categories of
disabledspectators) seats according to FIFA technical recommendation (2011) , pleaseconfirm
A6: The FIFA 2011 technical recommendation (5. Edition) is outdated. The Contractor shall calculate and design
for accessibility per D2.5 Technical Design Brief Appendix B Outline schedule of Accommodation for the Base
Build - Stadium Functional Spaces and Installations Schedule - FIFA Check List (REF # SC-APW-CMN-QSC-TMP0238). Also refer to D2 - Annexure 6 - Governance Documents document SC-ACV-CAF-QSC-STD-00005 which
was issued in Tender Addendum No.3 titled SC Competition Venue Requirements: Spaces and Systems SCACV-CAF-QSC-STD-00005 Revision 1, Section 3.51 Accessibility and Inclusivity for requirements.

Q7: The 190m maximum spectator distance is not valid(as well in the tender design), since we design a 92.500 gross
seat capacitystadium please confirm
A7: For the Contractor's design, the amount of seats that fall outside of the 190 M distance should not exceed
the current design. All accessible seats should fall with in the 190 M distance.

Q8: We design to the minimum FIFA requirements (2011),regarding the amount of VVIP, VIP, hospitality seat please
confirm
A8: The FIFA 2011 technical recommendation (5. Edition) is outdated. The Contractor shall refer SC Governance
Document per D2 The Employers requirements, Annexure 6 - Governance Documents document SC-ACV-CAFQSC-STD-00005, which was issued in Tender Addendum No.3 titled SC Competition Venue Requirements:
Spaces and Systems SC-ACV-CAF-QSC-STD-00005 Revision 1, further requirements can be found per Appendix
A: Finals Bowl Geometry metrics, Appendix B: Outline Schedule of Accommodation for the Base Build.

Q9: QCS 2014 is the main design standard we willfollow in the design, please confirm.
A9: QCS 2014 is part of the Employer Requirements and shall be complied with. This is in conjunction with all
standards and requirements listed in D2.5 TECHNICAL DESIGN BRIEF and its Appendices.

Q10: We design according to the FIFA 2011 technicalrecommendation (5. Edition), since 6. Edition and additional

documents from SC(Supreme Committee) are not valid for this design. Please confirm
A10: The FIFA 2011 technical recommendation (5. Edition) is outdated. The Contractor shall refer to D2.5
TECHNICAL DESIGN BRIEF for all Design and Technical Requirements. In relation to Sports Design, the
Governance document: SC Competition Venue Requirements: Spaces and Systems SC-ACV-CAF-QSC-STD00005 Revision 1, Appendix A: Finals Bowl Geometry metrics, Appendix B: Outline Schedule of
Accommodation for the Base Build are examples of applicable requirements .

Q11: Item Name Basic Generic Ceilings, as per Foster and Partners Models C01-FOS-M-STA-C-AR-B1-AZ-0000, C01FOS-M-STA-CAR-01-AZ-0000, C01-FOS-M-STA-C-03-AZ-0000Since drawings are not available at this stage, please
kindly provide the location, t-sheet reference of those items so for which the quantities and prices could be determined.
A11: Tenderer to refer to Tender Bulletin 8 answer to question 30.

Q12: We understand that there are no dedicated FR camera's in this project. The cameras of CCTV are the same
applicable for FR. Whereas the CCTV analytics is not part of BC's scope. Pls confirm.
A12: Cameras shall be capable of supportingIntelligent Video Analytics in accordance with Emiri Decree 9, 2011.
The cameras must be provided and included for by the Tenderer. The CCTV application along with all metadata
Analytics shall be provided by SC.

Q13: The points for Guard tour system has not been highlighted in the layouts. Can you pls confirm the locations.In the
"Master system & responsibility matrix", the description of Guard tour system mentions: Venue may offer tours and his
system will provide information via a portable recorder and headset. The system will support many different
languages.The requirement of Headset and language support is contradicting the understanding of security system
application. Pls confirm.
A13: The locations for the Guard Tour checkpoints (RFID/NFC sensors) are subject to the final design by the
Contractor as approved by SC.The Guard Tour system is a system for logging the rounds of security guards to
ensure that the security personnel makes his appointed rounds at the correct intervals and can offer a record for
legal or insurance reasons. The system consist of portable electronic sensor/ electronic data collector which are
activated at each checkpoints. Data from collector can be downloaded to computer for analysis and reports
later.

Q14: There is a conflict between Scope of works and pricing document. In Pricing Document (ref. Pricing Document
030516 R7, sheet 7.4.15_S39, Radio Communication), Staff/Marshal radio communication system complete with head
end equipment, antennas, hands free kits, radio communication terminals, chargers, etc. Complete system, In Scope of
works ( ref. D2.1 Scope of Works complete, Annexure 7: Lusail -Master Systems List Responsibility Matrix), Building
contractor only provide passive components. Please confirm the scope of Building contractor.
A14: The Contractor will be responsible to provide the infrastructure provisioning and containment for the
Seating AV systems (in meeting room, offices, Press conference areas etc.). The AV system shall be provided by
SC.However the Public Address System and Professional Sound System must be provided and installed by the
Contractor.

Q15: In Pricing Document (ref. Pricing Document 030516 R7, sheet 7.4.15_S39, Radio Communication), our
understanding is Staff/Marshal radio communication system is the Venue Private Mobile Radio System? Please confirm.
A15: The Contractor will be responsible to liaise with service providers ( Ooredoo / Vodafone ) for Radio
communications design and requirements.Contractor to provide the necessary infrastructure provisioning as
per the design (cable Trays, power, etc.) for the DAS system & other requirements.

Q16: In Pricing Document (ref. Pricing Document 030516 R7, sheet 7.4.15_S39, Seating Av Systems), our
understanding is Press seating AV system is Press Conference Room AV system, VIP terrace AV system is SKY
Boxes/VIP Boxes/Concourse Areas/Lobby Areas AV System. Please confirm.
A16: The Seating AV systems must also include the following areas: Hospitality Box Offices FIFA GC Meeting
Room Systems FIFA GC Meeting Room Systems FIFA Protocol Meeting Room Stadium Operations Meeting
Room Conference Room AV System Press Conference Area.

Q17: Can we use the normal lighting luminaries as emergency lights by converting them and giving them addresses
which will glow at the emergency condition taking supply from the central battery system?? Or we have to give separate
emergency lighting system?We require emergency lighting schedule / specific design to arrive at number of emergency
lights.
A17: The Contractor is responsible for completing the design and the provision of compliant fixtures in
quantities and locations according to QCD regulations which include NFPA standards, and is subject to QCD
approval. Tenderer to also refer to D2.4 Specification Section 263323- Central Battery Equipment, Section
265219 - Emergency and Exit Lighting, and Electrical Specifications and Data Sheet for Luminaires and Lamps
Luminaire Manufacturing Standards.

Q18: Please provide the lighting layouts for all the areas as we need the same for designing central battery and lighting
control system.
A18: Tenderer to refer to Electrical drawings. For example C01-FOS-D- STA-T-EL-01-02-1002 - Electrical Level 01
Hospitality Club (01) Zone 2 Lighting and Emergency Lighting Plan. All information available is provided within
the RFP.

Q19: Is IP clocks under BC's scope? We understand only provisioning is under BC's scope. Please confirm.We need
quantities of IP clocks w.r.to (Admin network Central clock system) to provide proposal on infrastructurure provisioning.
Please provide
A19: The Tenderer is responsible for the provision of adequate quantities to meet the Employer Requirements.
Final Quantities and locations shall be identified by the Contractor and reviewed and approved by the SC.
Contractor to do all design, placement & necessary infrastructure provisioning for the Building network Clock
system including for the GPS antenna. SC will supply the Network Time Protocol (NTP) Server & Slave clocks.

Q20: Is IP clocks under BC's scope? We understand only provisioning is under BC's scope. Please confirm.We need

A21: Final Quantities and locations shall be identified by the Contractors and reviewed and approved by the
SC.Contractor will be responsible to coordinate & liaise with MOI - There will already be a Building Central
Master Clock System in the stadium. MOI can choose to use that or install their own one separately. Also refer to
the MOI Responsibility matrix.

Q22: Please confirm if this sytem is under BC's scope? If so, pllease provide us the specific design and quantities for the
proposal.
A22: The Tenderer is responsible for the provision of adequate quantities to meet the Employer Requirements.
Final Quantities and locations shall be identified by the Contractor and reviewed and approved by the SC.

Q23: We need a specific design & quantities of servers and storage, total number of points for infrasturucture
provisioning. Please provide.Also, please advice this server & storage is for which systems?
A23: Server & Storage for all systems shall be provided by the SC. The Contractor must provide accurate
calculation for the requirement of Servers & Storage for each system.

Q24: We need a specific design & quantities of parking lots for infrasturucture provisioning. Please provide
A24: Final Quantities and locations shall be identified by the Contractors and reviewed and approved by the SC.

Q25: We need the specific design / location / quantities of this system. Please provide
A25: The Tenderer is responsible for the provision of adequate quantities to meet the Employer Requirements.
The quantities and locations are subject to the final design by the Contractor as approved by SC.

Q26: We need the specific design / location / quantities of Help point push buttons. Please provide
A26: The Tenderer is responsible for the provision of adequate quantities to meet the Employer Requirements.
The locations and quantities for the Help Point Push Buttons are subject to the final design by the Contractor as
approved by SC.

Q27: what's the meaning of New contractor and original contractor, please explain it.
A27: If the Tenderer is referring to Column [H] & Column [I] under Status on the excel spreadsheet, please be
aware that both New contract and Original contract apply to the Tender/Contractors Contact , and that if the
status is green(1) and red(1) then the scope is for the Contractor to perform. The role of the Contractor per the
matrix is described in Tender Bulletin 6 answer to Question 3

Q28: We understand that this is the same provision which has to be provdied for "Ticketing system". Pls confirm.
A28: The Access Control System application, Servers, Controllers and the Readers for the turnstiles shall be
provided by SC.However the turnstiles and all required provisioning (power, data, containments etc.) for
installing the readers must be provided by the Contractor.

Q29: The building contractor must provide necessary cabling, contaiments & cable trays for the installation. We need the
quantities / specific design in order to have provisions for this telephone system. Please provide
A29: FIFA Telephone System will use the Venue Telephony System wherever possible. However, the Tenderer
must ensure 40% spare for all ICT infrastructure provisioning (including but not limited to spaces, trunking,
conduits, trays, power, network points, patch panels, cabling, etc..) for future requirements which could also be
used for covering tournament related or overlay needs.

Q30: Building contractor to provide all infrastructure ( Conduits, trays, fibre cabling, UTP cabling, junction boxes, other AV
Cabling). If there are requirement of Kiosks, this should be provided by the BC.we need the quantities / specific design in
order to have provisions for this system. Pls provide us quantities of Kiosks used for wayfinding.
A30: The Tenderer is responsible for the provision of adequate quantities to meet the Employer Requirements.
The quantities for provisioning the TOC monitoring and control system are subject to the final design by the
Contractor as approved by SC.

Q31: BC to do all necessary infrastructure provisioing (such as cabling, conduiting, cable trays, power, etc.).we need the
quantities / specific design in order to have provisions for this system. Pls provide us with required details.
A31: The Tenderer is responsible for the provision of adequate quantities to meet the Employer Requirements.
The quantities for provisioning the TOC monitoring and control system are subject to the final design by the
Contractor as approved by SC.

Q32: For Building contractor scope, we understand that "only half height turnstiles & provisioning for ticketing readers to
be provided". The ticketing softwares, readers and required servers are not in BC's scope. Pls confirm.
A32: The Ticketing Software, Ticketing Servers and the Readers for the turnstiles shall be provided by
SC.However the turnstiles and all required provisioning (power, data, containments etc.) for installing the
readers must be provided by the Contractor.

Q33: For the scope of Building contractor "Only provisioning if any ( cables, antenna etc. ) to be provided by Building
contractor. The back end system shall be provided by Engineer.", we need the quantities / specific design in order to
have provisions for this system. Pls provide us with required details.
A33: The Tenderer is responsible for the provision of adequate quantities to meet the Employer Requirements.
The quantities for provisioning the Asset Management System are subject to the final design by the Contractor
as approved by SC.

Q34: As per client Remarks, Building contractor to consider adding spare for the future expansion and overlay structure
cabling system while doing the infrastructure provisioning ( cable trays, conduits, risers, rack space etc. ) for the stadium.
Kindly Provide the Details of WAN cables for Security (Which control center/Location) to quantify Spares and provisioning
the requirements that building contractor to consider.
A34: The Tenderer must ensure 40% spare for all ICT infrastructure provisioning (including but not limited to
spaces, trunking, conduits, trays, power, network points, patch panels, cabling, etc.) for future requirements.

Q35: As per client remarks, Building contractor to consider adding spare for the future expansion and overlay structure
cabling system while doing the infrastructure provisioning ( cable trays, conduits, risers, rack space etc. ) for the stadium.
Kindly Provide the Details of WAN cables (Which control center connection/Location) for tournament to quantify Spares
and provisioning the requirements that building contractor to consider.
A35: The Tenderer must ensure 40% spare for all ICT infrastructure provisioning (including but not limited to
spaces, trunking, conduits, trays, power, network points, patch panels, cabling, etc.) for future requirements.

Q36: As per Client Remarks, Building contractor to consider adding spare for the future expansion and overlay structure
cabling system while doing the infrastructure provisioning ( cable trays, conduits, risers, rack space etc. ) for the stadium.
Kindly provide the Wi-Fi system points to consider spares and Structured cabling for Tournament Wi- Fi systems.
A36: The Tenderer must ensure 40% spare for all ICT infrastructure provisioning (including but not limited to
spaces, trunking, conduits, trays, power, network points, patch panels, cabling, etc.) for future requirements.

Q37: As per client Remarks, Building contractor to consider adding spare for the future expansion and overlay structure
cabling system while doing the infrastructure provisioning ( cable trays, conduits, risers, rack space etc. ) for the stadium.
Kindly Provide the Data network points to consider spares and Structured cabling for tournament Data network Systems.
A37: The Tenderer must ensure 40% spare for all ICT infrastructure provisioning (including but not limited to
spaces, trunking, conduits, trays, power, network points, patch panels, cabling, etc.) for future requirements.

Q38: The specific Design and location of equipment for MoI 4G LTE are not available to quantify the passive cabling .
Hence kindly provide the design to calculate the passive components and to make Provision for the passive
components(Ducts, Containment, conduits, etc., ) which are in scope of Building contractor for MoI 4G LTE.
A38: The Contractor will be responsible to liaise & co-ordinate with the MOI for designing & necessary
provisioning for the MOI 4G LTE system. The Tenderer to refer to the MOI/SP/Contractor responsibility matrix
for the same.

Q39: The specific Design and location of equipment for MoI Tetra are not available to quantify the passive cabling .
Hence kindly provide the design to calculate the passive components and to make Provision for the passive
components(Ducts, Containment, conduits, etc., ) which are in scope of Building contractor for MoI tetra.
A39: The Contractor will be responsible to liaise & co-ordinate with the MOI for designing & necessary
provisioning for the MOI Tetra system. The Tenderer to refer to the MOI/SP/Contractor responsibility matrix for
the same.

Q40: The cabling management system can be used for all the cabinets. But Service provider cabinets are not in the
scope of building contractor Supply. Kindly confirm that the CMS license is required for Service provider cabinets?
A40: The cabling management system should include management of all cables that are designed & installed by
the Contractor irrespective of its location of installation.

Q41: How many Slave clocks are required? The location of slave clocks are not mentioned in the drawings. How many
ethernet points shall be considered for Master clock system?
A41: The Master Clock System Design shall be designed developed and installed by the Contractor. The
Contractor is responsible for the provision of adequate quantities to meet the Employer Requirements. Final
quantities and locations shall be identified by the Contractors and reviewed and approved by the Employer.
Each Slave clock shall require 1 Ethernet port.

Q42: As per the Drawings C01-FOS-D-STA-T-EL-01-01-1001; C01-FOS-D-STA-T-EL-02-01-1001; C01-FOS-D-STA-TEL-03-01-1001.... TO Issued for Tender, the Ethernet Nodes breakup is given for data, Security and WLAN. Kindly
confirm that the Ethernet points for Tournament is included or not. If not included how many Ethernet points shall be
considered for Tournament Cabling?
A42: Tournament will use the Venue Structured cabling System wherever possible. However, the Tenderer must
ensure 40% spare for all ICT infrastructure provisioning (including but not limited to spaces, trunking, conduits,
trays, power, etc.) for future requirements which could also be used for covering tournament related or overlay
needs.

Q43: As per the Drawings C01-FOS-D-STA-T-EL-01-01-1001; C01-FOS-D-STA-T-EL-02-01-1001; C01-FOS-D-STA-TEL-03-01-1001.... TO Issued for Tender, the Ethernet Nodes breakup is given for data, Security and WLAN. Kindly
confirm that the Ethernet points for Tournament Wi-Fi System is included or not. If not included how many Ethernet points
shall be considered for Tournament Wi-Fi System?
A43: Tournament Wi-Fi System will use the Venue Wi-Fi System wherever possible. However, the Tenderer must
ensure 40% spare for all ICT infrastructure provisioning (including but not limited to spaces, trunking, conduits,
trays, power, etc.) for future requirements which could also be used for covering tournament related or overlay
needs.

Q44: What is contractors scope of work for MOI WAN cabling. Kindly confirm where the MOI WAN cables shall be
connected. How many runs of Fiber cable required for MOI WAN cabling?
A44: The scope of work is all in-venue cabling for MOI terminating from the LAN to the MOI cabinets in MOI
IDFs/MOI Cabinets in the STAs and fibre runs from these MOI cabinets terminating to the MOI CNR. The MOI
WAN cabling includes infrastructure provisioning for the MOI CNR and all routes/trunking/spaces/conduits from
the external building into the MOI CNR dedicated for MOI WAN Cabling.

Q45: As per the Drawings C01-FOS-D-STA-T-EL-01-01-1001; C01-FOS-D-STA-T-EL-02-01-1001; C01-FOS-D-STA-TEL-03-01-1001.... TO Issued for Tender, the Ethernet Nodes breakup is given for data, Security and WLAN. Kindly
confirm that the Ethernet points for MOI Telephony is included or not. If not included how many Ethernet points shall be
considered for MOI Telephony?
A45: The Ethernet points for MOI Telephony shall be included. The Contractor is responsible for the provision of
adequate quantities to meet the Employer Requirements. The final quantity is subject to the final design as
approved by SC and MOI by the Contractor. Ethernet points for MOI are in addition to the ones shown on the
drawing.

Q46: As per the Drawings C01-FOS-D-STA-T-EL-01-01-1001; C01-FOS-D-STA-T-EL-02-01-1001; C01-FOS-D-STA-TEL-03-01-1001.... TO Issued for Tender, the Ethernet Nodes breakup is given for data, Security and WLAN. Kindly
confirm that the Ethernet points for MOI is included or not. If not included how many Ethernet points shall be considered
for MOI Data?
A46: The Ethernet points for MOI shall be included. The Contractor is responsible for the provision of adequate
quantities to meet the Employer Requirements. The final quantity is subject to the final design as approved by
SC and MOI by the Contractor. Ethernet points for MOI are in addition to the ones shown on the drawing.

Q47: Which external design criteria should we use for the comfort (SET) evaluation? There are 3 peak winter design
conditions based on 1% exceedance for November given by the Qatar 2022 Supreme Committee: 1. design conditions
based on 1% exceedance for maximum dry bulb temperature (DBT), 2. design conditions based on 1% exceedance for
maximum wet bulb temperature (WBT), 3. design conditions based on 1% exceedance for maximum wind speed (WS).
We would suggest to use the most critical external design criteria regarding thermal spectator comfort. In this case this
would be the external design criteria for maximum wet bulb temperature (WBT: 27C DBT: 30.4C WS: 3.2 m/s).
A47: The Tenderer shall consider all three conditions i.e. cooling requirements, and perform calculations for all
three scenarios at 1% exceedance in order to determine the worst case peak cooling loads. CFD and dynamic
thermal modelling are required to demonstrate required design criteria is achievable for each of the three
conditions for Tournament mode of operation.

Q48: As long there is no officially requested preference by FIFA for a specific type of lamp for field floodlight , is the use
of metal halide floodlight permitted for Lusail Stadium
A48: Per Design Report SC-CO1-CAF-FOS-RED-AD-00014 Rev 0 (Volume 2) Part 1 Section 4.12 .3.8 Field of Play
Lighting, the current design is based on LED FOP lighting. If the Tenderers wish to propose alternate FOP
lighting for SC review, the " SC Competition Venue Requirements Spaces and Systems", Ref: SC-ACV-CAF-QSC-

STD-00005 Revision 1, relevant sections such as 4.4 Technical Provisions Field Lighting Requirements shall be
met and the requirements in the Project Specifications that are related, such as Section 265668 _ Exterior
Athletic Lights and Data Sheet V59 Luminaire manufacturing Standards apply.

Q49: The Cooling Load consists of 2 main components (Space Load Outdoor Air Load). The Outdoor Air caters for the
ventilation requirements of the occupants. How much Outdoor Air is considered in estimating the 28,000 Tons Cooling
Capacity?
A49: Ventilation rates within each space must be designed to suit operational and code requirements for
occupant comfort and removal of odors. Ventilation rates to all spaces must be based on the requirements of
ASHRAE Standard 62.1. Tenderer to refer to Room Data Sheets for further guidance.

Q50: Reference to Tender Bulleting #7 item Q.6 : Annexure 3 Schedule of Equipment does not contain relevant

A50: The requirement for water treatment to the incoming domestic water supply is detailed in D2.2 Specification
Section 22000, Part 1.4 of the Public Health Particular Specification (p.20).This allows for water treatment to both
sections of both the main potable and non-potable water storage tanks, serving both the building systems and
the pitch. This requirement is also reflected on the main water tank room schematic drawing (C01-FOS-D-STA-TDR-AL-01-7200). Space allowance for these systems within the main tank rooms is shown on water service
layout drawings C01-FOS-D-STA-T-DR-B2-02-1000 & C01-FOS-D-STA-T-DR-B2-04-1000. Based on the
requirements the Tenderer shall determine the appropriate Treatment needs and allocate within the relevant
section of the Pricing Document.

Does the fabric roof also have to be retained for legacy as part of the essential form?
A51: Tenderers shall include technical supportinginformation for all items included in the Schedule of
Modifications or Scheduleof Proposed Further Modifications as described in the RFP Volume 1 Section
B.28Particular Instructions in Relation to Tender Proposal. The finalassessment of whether the tenderer's
proposed base build roof is retained inpart or in full for legacy, will be decided according to the subsequent
designdevelopment post award

Q52: We need the specific design / location / quantities of Intrusion sensors and other components to be provisioned for
Tournament.
A52: Contractor is responsible to make provision in base build the ability for expansion prior to the tournament.
The Tournament Intrusion Detection System Design shall be designed developed and installed by the
Contractor. Final Quantities and locations shall be identified by the Contractors and reviewed and approved by
the SC.

Q53: Is it confirmed that there will be only 2 games at Lusail Stadium (opening game and final)? Which are the exact

dates of the games and at what time are the games starting?
A53: Per D2.5 Project Technical Brief - the Project shall be fit for the use of hosting the opening and closing
ceremonies, and matches up to and including the final of the 2022 FIFA World CupTM. In relation to the matches
where the SC tournament cooling comfort criteria apply are:- estimated 9 matches during the tournament
including Opening Match, 1 Semifinal and the Final.- estimated Kick-off times earliest 1pm latest 11pmThe exact
match dates and exact kick off times for the Lusail Stadium are determined only before the Tournament which is
after completion of the works. 4 Test events may occur immediately after completion of the works to test the
readiness of the stadium (with different capacities, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% in order to scale up operations
gradually).
