    WHAT IS A CLIENT REPORT


    A paragraph length note
    Recounts session/student progress
    List decisions and writerly plans
    Encourages students to continue writing

    USES FOR REPORTS


    Resource for student (every report sent to
    student)
    Resource for Faculty (student can send to
    instructor)
    Resource for Sta (tutors can review for research)

    AUDIENCE

    Student (be encouraging)


    Faculty (be formal)
    Sta (be observant)

    WHAT TO WRITE
    What was accomplished (discussed thesis writing
    and drafted two sample theses)
    What skills were practiced (i.e. reading aloud)
    What plans the student left with (i.e. add a
    paragraph of explanation)
