Job Purpose: (Why does the job exist?)


The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various
human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and
development, performance monitoring and employee counseling & ensuring
compliance of other legal requirements related to HRD.
To oversee basic admin functions covering Housekeeping, general safety Vehicle
management & Time office

Postgraduate Business School or University
Basic Academic Qualification
degree in Human Resources, Management,
Labour Law
Technical Certifications
Diploma in Computer applications
Age
35 45 years old
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience
Experience
in HR & Admin Department; 3 years in executive
capacity of an ISO9001 company.
Preferred work experience from any ISO 9001
Specific Industry Experience
Industry.
Advanced know how in MS Office application and
Computer Skills
other desktop utilities.
Good communication skills in English Language
Language Proficiency
(verbal and written).
Team Player.
Personal Competencies
With ability to work in a multicultural
environment.
Technical Competencies
The Human Resource Officer provides advice
and assistance to supervisors and staff. This
may include information on training needs and
opportunities, job descriptions, performance
reviews and personnel policies of the Company.

LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities
of staff. Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.
Identify training and development opportunities.
Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
Perform other related duties as required general office management issues.
Maintains a safe and secure work environment by promoting workplace
safety; developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes staff results
by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising
job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating,
coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Responsible
for the implementation and maintenance of documentation & records of HR
w.r.t ISO9001-certified management system as described in the quality
manual.
To perform process, improvement and quality audit whether internal or
external to ensure compliance to the requirement of the quality
management system. To promote the Quality & Safety Policy.
