OTHER INFORMATION / REMARKS:


The area is near the creek.
The access road to the proposed site is narrow.
The area is crowded and it will be difficult to look for a place to pile some
of the materials like sand, gravel and CHB.
The proposed site has informal settlers which may affect the
implementation of the project.
The warehouse where the excess materials from other project where
placed is within the area of the proposed site.

RECOMMENDATION:
Site preparation is must be coordinated properly with the home-owners
association before the implementation of the project.
Easement from the creek should be thoroughly observe since there is
already a strict policy about widening of waterways from the government.
Transfer the site of the warehouse.
