Organization Management:

Configuration of Initial organizational structure/root organization unit

Created jobs, position and organization units.
Assigning Relationships between different objects like Organization units to
Organization units, Position to Organization units, Jobs to Position and
configured Reporting Structure.
Created customized relationship as per the client requirement

Configured customized actions as per the client requirement

Personnel Administration:

Created enterprise structure- creation of personnel areas& personnel subareas.

Created personnel structure- creation of employee groups & employee subgroups.
Maintained number range (NUMKR) allocation for the employees.
Configured personnel actions and the reasons for change.
Configured info groups for various personnel actions.
Configured Actions and Info groups, and assigned the info groups to
personnel actions to enter structured information of the employee.
Configured features VDSK1, PINCH and ABKRS to default values in IT 0001.

PAYROLL:

Defined employee subgroup grouping for personnel calculation rule and

collective agreement provision.
Configured pay scale structure.
Assigning pay scale type and pay scale area to basic pay using feature.
Defined wage type characteristics
Configured the features ABKRS, LGMST & TARIF for creating the basic pay
info type (0008).
Maintain info types like 0009, 0014, 0015 & 2010 etc, required for running
payroll.
Configured Payroll Procedures using IMG by defining the parameters of payroll
module - payroll periods, period modifiers and date modifiers etc
Good understanding of Schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules related to
Payroll Administration.
Maintained processing classes for calculation of gross

TIME MANAGEMENT:

Configured work schedules like break schedule, daily work schedule, period
work schedules, and work schedules rules.
Maintained the feature SCHKZ for defaulting work schedule rule.
Configured Attendance/absence types and time quotas.
Configured Counting rules and Deduction rules as per the Client requirement.
