Why Am I Caliber For This Designation?

 I have worked for the similar capacities since 1990 with half dozen organizations.
My 16 years progressive working experience not only has made me caliber and
confident in my profession but also made me ambitious for the betterment so that
I always keep my mind open for the new ideas and challenges in assigned jobs.

 I have not only completed Master Degree in Business Studies but also perusing
another Master Degree in Rural Development that has enhanced my know-how in
management and rural developmental, which has blended my knowledge in the
filed of management and developmental of urban and rural Nepal.

 I have strong network and friendly working relationships with the government,
multilateral and bilateral agencies, I/NGOs, CBOs and private sectors including
media that can be capitalized for the benefits and interests of your organization,
too. It can promote mutual coordination and partnership for the win-win solution
when we need inter-agency support for a greater objective in the future.

 I have working experience in both fields i.e. administration and technical and I am
always flexible to work as per organizational needs even working on weekend.

 Currently, I am unemployed so that at any time I can start my job with the higher
vision, enthusiasm and ambition to perform in an excellent manner which can
satisfy entire team member through my result oriented performance.

 I have worked for the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers
through the DFID/Enabling State Programme-Nepal to strengthen the PM Office.

 I have closely observed socio-political-economic and democratic situations in the


rural and urban areas of Nepal and I can give real inputs to the new expectorates.

 Our society, in a large extend, is a status-qua and hardly concerned for the human
rights violation issues since every thing is a matter of fate for them. Consequently,
general Nepalese people lack proactive approach for the issues of human rights,
good governance and democracy, as these are newly introduced in the context of
Nepal. However, I consider myself knowledgeable capable for this field due to:

 I am very sensitive to these issues as from the age of 16; I have been groomed in
the similar humanitarian background. I started a supportive job with the Save the
Children Norway (then Redd Barna) in 1990, which is actively advocating for the
women and child rights issues. It directly influenced to my subconscious mind to
work for the human rights issues and respects others’ basic rights. Consequently,
for several months, I worked for the media for advocacy in the sector of human
rights, pro-poor governance and democracy through a Radio Station.
