Objective: Request for promotion

It is submitted that I am shagufta yaseen serving in engineering

department of NUML in the capacity of Lab assistant. As you
informed me in my previous letter that on what grounds I will
promote you? I feel that in previous DPC I am qualified for the post of
Lab-technician for the following facts.
1.

First of all my experience is higher than Abdul Waheed.

2.

Second thing is that my qualification is also similar to that

persons which are promoted to Computer Lab assistant to
Computer Lab technician.

3.

Now I think that it is administration duty to create new posts

for engineering department

These three facts are not suitable for promotion.
