When J arrived at the Cartiage House parking lot, I saw Tiffany Thompson's vehicle parked in the left parking spot and Ezekiel’s vehicle parked in the right parking spot. ‘Taylor Sandbothe was the driver of Ezekiel’s vehicle and Ezekiel was in.the passenger seat 4, While I was pulling my vehicle into the center parking spot between Tiffany's vehicle and Bzekiel’s vehicle, I saw Tiffany run to Ezekie!'s vehicle and I witnessed her yelling at Faylor and Ezekiel. 5, I patked sind exited my vehii¢le and walked with Ezekiel and our-other friends to the Cartiage House, While Ezekiel was walking to the Carriage House, Ezekiel never touched Tiffany of even came within 5 to 7 feet of Tiffany. Further, thete were always people between Ezekiel and Tiffany while Ezekiel was walking to-the Carriage House. 6. While Ezekiel wes walking into the Carriage House, I heard Tiffany say that she was going to ruin Ezekiel’s career and tell the police that Ezekiel hit her that night.
