Good day!
With regard to the proxy guidelines, please be informed that any person attending the
Candidates General Assembly may now serve as a proxy for an absentee. Note, however, that an
attending candidate may be a proxy strictly for ONE (1) absent candidate only.
With this, please be reminded of the responsibilities of the proxy to fully inform the absentee of
all information given out during the said assembly. Furthermore, an absentee must send the
Commission a formal letter stating the reason of absence, the name of the proxy and any proof of
the cause of absence.
