Lisez attentivement les termes et conditions du prsent contrat de licence avant d
'utiliser ou de charger le prsent logiciel et tout le matriel associ (appels collect
ivement le logiciel ). L'utilisation ou le chargement du logiciel constitue une a
cceptation des termes du prsent contrat. En cas de refus de ces termes, n'install
ez pas le logiciel et ne l'utilisez pas.
Autre remarque importante :
* Si vous tes fabricant de matriel d'origine (OEM), fournisseur de matriel indpendan
t (IHV) ou fournisseur de logiciel indpendant (ISV), l'ensemble du prsent CONTRAT
DE LICENCE s'applique.
* Si vous tes utilisateur final, seul le document A, ACCORD DE LICENCE DU LOGICIE
L INTEL, s'applique.
Pour OEM, IHV et ISV :
LICENCE. La licence de ce logiciel est accorde pour une utilisation exclusive de
ce dernier avec des composants Intel. L'utilisation de ce logiciel avec des comp
osants n'appartenant pas Intel n'est pas couverte par la prsente licence. Sous rse
rve des modalits de cet accord, Intel vous concde une licence non exclusive, inces
sible, valide dans le monde entier et entirement paye vous autorisant :
a) utiliser, modifier et copier le logiciel en interne, vos propres fins
de dveloppement et de maintenance ;
b) modifier, copier et distribuer le logiciel, y compris les travaux qui
en sont drivs, vos utilisateurs finals, mais uniquement en vertu d'un accord de l
icence dont les modalits sont au moins aussi restrictives que celles de l'accord
de licence de l'utilisateur final Intel, ci-joint titre de document A ; et
c) modifier, copier et distribuer la documentation de l'utilisateur fina
l qui peut accompagner le logiciel, mais uniquement avec le logiciel.

Si vous n'tes pas le fabricant ou fournisseur final d'un systme informatique ou d'
un programme intgrant le logiciel, vous pouvez transfrer une copie du logiciel, y
compris les travaux qui en sont drivs (et la documentation connexe de l'utilisateu
r final), une tierce partie qui pourra l'utiliser conformment aux modalits du prsen
t accord, condition qu'elle accepte pleinement d'tre lie par celles-ci. Sauf dans
le cas prsent prcdemment, vous n'tes pas habilit cder, concder en vertu d'une sousce, louer, transfrer ni divulguer le logiciel un tiers quelconque. Vous ne pouvez
pas dcompiler, ou dsassembler le logiciel ou le soumettre un processus d'ingnierie
rebours.
Sauf mention expresse dans le prsent accord, aucun droit ni licence ne vous est a
ccord de manire directe ou tacite, par incitation, par forclusion ou autrement. In
tel se rserve le droit d'inspecter ou de faire inspecter par un vrificateur indpend
ant tous vos dossiers pertinents afin de vrifier si vous respectez les modalits et
conditions du prsent accord.
CONFIDENTIALIT. Si vous dsirez qu'un conseiller ou sous-traitant tiers (ci-aprs dnom
m entrepreneur ) excute pour vous des travaux ncessitant l'utilisation du logiciel o
u l'accs ce dernier, vous devez obtenir de l'entrepreneur une convention crite de
confidentialit dont les modalits et les obligations relatives l'accs au logiciel et
son utilisation sont au moins aussi restrictives que celles du prsent accord, et
qui excluent tout droit de distribution et d'utilisation d'autres fins.
Par ailleurs, vous n'tes pas habilit divulguer les modalits ou l'existence de cet a
ccord ni utiliser le nom Intel dans des publications, des publicits ou d'autres a
nnonces sans obtenir l'autorisation crite pralable d'Intel. Vous ne pouvez pas uti
liser les marques commerciales d'Intel.

PROPRIT DU LOGICIEL ET DROITS D'AUTEUR. Les droits sur toutes les copies du logici
el demeurent la proprit d'Intel ou de ses fournisseurs. Le logiciel est soumis dro
its d'auteur et protg par les lois des tats-Unis et d'autres pays ainsi que par les

roit d'auteur du logiciel. Intel peut modifier, tout moment et sans pravis, le lo
giciel ou les lments qui y sont mentionns, mais n'est pas tenu des services d'assis
tance relatifs au logiciel ou la mise jour de ce dernier. Sauf stipulation contr
aire expresse, Intel n'accorde aucun droit exprs ou tacite en vertu des brevets,
droits d'auteur, marques commerciales ou autres droits de proprit intellectuelle d
'Intel. Vous ne pouvez transfrer le logiciel que si le destinataire convient d'tre
entirement li par les dispositions du prsent accord et si vous ne conservez aucune
copie du logiciel.
GARANTIE LIMITE DES SUPPORTS. Si le logiciel a t livr par Intel sur des supports phy
siques, Intel garantit que ces derniers sont exempts de vices matriels pendant un
e priode de quatre-vingt-dix (90) jours compter de la date de livraison par Intel
. En cas de dfaut de support, vous tes invit renvoyer ce dernier Intel pour un remp
lacement ou une autre livraison du logiciel, la discrtion d'Intel.
EXCLUSION DES AUTRES GARANTIES. L'EXCEPTION DES GARANTIES QUI PRCDENT, LE LOGICIEL

exhaustivit des informations, textes, graphiques, liens et autres lments intgrs ce lo
giciel et n'assume aucune responsabilit cet gard.

LICENCE. Vous pouvez copier le logiciel sur un seul ordinateur pour une utilisat
ion personnelle et non commerciale et en effectuer une copie de sauvegarde, sous

Do not use or load this software and any associated materials (collectively, the
"Software") until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions. B
y loading or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If yo
u do not wish to so agree, do not install or use the Software.
Please Also Note:
* If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Independent Hardware Vend
or (IHV), or Independent Software Vendor (ISV), this complete LICENSE AGREEMENT
applies;
* If you are an End-User, then only Exhibit A, the INTEL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEM
ENT, applies.
For OEMs, IHVs, and ISVs:
LICENSE. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel compon
ent products. Use of the Software in conjunction with non-Intel component produ
cts is not licensed hereunder. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intel gra
nts to you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide, fully paid-up license und
er Intel's copyrights to:
a) use, modify and copy Software internally for your own development and
maintenance purposes; and
b) modify, copy and distribute Software, including derivative works of t
he Software, to your end-users, but only under a license agreement with terms at
least as restrictive as those contained in Intel's Final, Single User License A
greement, attached as Exhibit A; and
c) modify, copy and distribute the end-user documentation which may acco
mpany the Software, but only in association with the Software.
If you are not the final manufacturer or vendor of a computer system or software

program incorporating the Software, then you may transfer a copy of the Softwar
e, including derivative works of the Software (and related end-user documentatio
n) to your recipient for use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, pro
vided such recipient agrees to be fully bound by the terms hereof. You shall no
t otherwise assign, sublicense, lease, or in any other way transfer or disclose
Software to any third party. You shall not reverse- compile, disassemble or othe
rwise reverse-engineer the Software.
Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, no license or right is granted to
you directly or by implication, inducement, estoppel or otherwise. Intel shall
have the right to inspect or have an independent auditor inspect your relevant r
ecords to verify your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement
.
CONFIDENTIALITY. If you wish to have a third party consultant or subcontractor (
"Contractor") perform work on your behalf which involves access to or use of Sof
tware, you shall obtain a written confidentiality agreement from the Contractor
which contains terms and obligations with respect to access to or use of Softwar
e no less restrictive than those set forth in this Agreement and excluding any d
istribution rights, and use for any other purpose.
Otherwise, you shall not disclose the terms or existence of this Agreement or us
e Intel's name in any publications, advertisements, or other announcements witho
ut Intel's prior written consent. You do not have any rights to use any Intel t
rademarks or logos.
OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE AND COPYRIGHTS. Title to all copies of the Software remain
s with Intel or its suppliers. The Software is copyrighted and protected by the
laws of the United States and other countries, and international treaty provisio
ns. You may not remove any copyright notices from the Software. Intel may make c
hanges to the Software, or to items referenced therein, at any time and without
notice, but is not obligated to support or update the Software. Except as otherw
ise expressly provided, Intel grants no express or implied right under Intel pat
ents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You may tra
nsfer the Software only if the recipient agrees to be fully bound by these terms
and if you retain no copies of the Software.
LIMITED MEDIA WARRANTY. If the Software has been delivered by Intel on physical
media, Intel warrants the media to be free from material physical defects for a
period of ninety (90) days after delivery by Intel. If such a defect is found, r
eturn the media to Intel for replacement or alternate delivery of the Software a
s Intel may select.
EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDE
D "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANT
IES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. I
ntel does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness
of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the So
ftware.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS IN
TERRUPTION OR LOST INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE TH
E SOFTWARE, EVEN IF INTEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. S
OME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR IMPLIED WARR

TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
you violate its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Softw

are or return all copies of the Software to Intel.

APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the la
ws of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Na
tions Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Soft
ware in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obliga
ted under any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an autho
rized representative of Intel.
GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS."
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as
set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or their successors. Use
of the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's proprie
tary rights therein. Contractor or Manufacturer is Intel Corporation, 2200 Missi
on College Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95052.

commercial use, and you may make one back-up copy of the Software, subject to th

1. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel component pr
oducts. Use of the Software in conjunction with non-Intel component products is
not licensed hereunder.
2. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or transfer any part of the
Software except as provided in this Agreement, and you agree to prevent unauthor
ized copying of the Software.
3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
4. You may not sublicense or permit simultaneous use of the Software by more tha
n one user.
5. The Software may contain the software or other property of third party suppli
ers, some of which may be identified in, and licensed in accordance with, any en
closed "license.txt" file or other text or file.

TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
you violate its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Softw
are or return all copies of the Software to Intel.
APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the la
ws of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Na
tions Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Soft
ware in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obliga
ted under any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an autho
rized representative of Intel.
GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS."
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as
set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or their successors. Use
of the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's proprie
tary rights therein. Contractor or Manufacturer is Intel Corporation, 2200 Missi
