STANDARDS:
Through the 360 feedback, NEO Personality Assessment Report & MAPS Analysis, there are
certain areas of my personality which need to be addressed in order for me to achieve my target
goals and become an effective leader. The action plans needed to address these areas of concern
are described below:

OBJECTIVE - I: Eliminate Disruptive Anger
Anger can become a hindrance in a team environment and undo the hard work I do. Eliminating
unfounded or disruptive anger from day to day life is an important aspect of my PDP.
ACTIONS:
Listening without judging the speaker and trying to picture their information/intentions
Being patient & impartial
Stay focused, not get distracted by surroundings and maintain eye contact with the speaker
Not jumping to conclusions and never interrupting a person who is speaking
Taking part in speaker sessions and learning to communicate effectively

Leadership is an important quality to have, especially as a manager. In order to develop my
leadership skills and become an effective leader, I need to do the following:
