Should ideally be located in posh
colony with easy access from main
road.
Should be close to a land mark so
that it can be easily located.
Building must be entering into 10
years lease option to extend.

All the required Laboratories and

Terms & Conditions

1. Franchisee Fee to be paid as per the agreement
(Non Refundable).
2. Furniture, Fixtures, Teaching Equipments, Toys, etc.
will be arranged by the Franchisee.
3. Interior, exterior and other decoration will be as per the
company requirement and all the cost will be borne by
the franchisee.
4. Students Kits will be provided by the company at the
Franchisee cost.
5. The Company will provide training to the staff of the
Franchisee, regularly.
6. The franchisee license is for 5 years only and can be
extended on the satisfactory performance of franchisee.
7. Taxes applicable as per the Government policy and
subject to change.

1. Two stamp papers of 100 Rupees each
2. Copy of Identity proof
3. Copy of Address proof
4. Four Photographs

5. Registration copy of Firm/Society/Trust etc.
