- Economic, budget, policy and legislative analysis in all science, technology, engineering and
mathematic (STEM) fields within the federal and state governments, industry, academia, and
international stakeholders for the Presidents Advisor on Science and Technology in the Office of
Science and Technology Policy (OSTP).
Train and manage technical experts at The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the first
cross-cutting budget data development and analysis in compliance with their project to use the revised
data in allocating the Presidents budget in science and space.
Strategically plan how policy aspirations can be met through tracking legislative and appropriation.
Cost/benefit analysis of large scale research facilities and programs here and abroad.
Research, integrate and convey important information on pressing issues to the Presidents Advisor on

- Survey, design, and preparation materials for portering, and provided logistic support to transport
water supply materials to three remote villages, a two day walk from the nearest dry season road head.
- Live in remote villages for two years training workers and supervising them during construction of the
gravity-flow drinking water supply system.
- Devise and implement a program of traveling water supply engineers to ensure that systems were
maintained and repaired.
