    The United States Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service released its June Crop Production report which provided updates on various crops. The report found that winter wheat production was estimated at 1.51 billion bushels, up 5.6% from the previous forecast and 10% from last year. Winter wheat yields were estimated at 50.5 bushels per acre, up 5.6% from the previous season. Orange production was estimated at 5.83 million tons, down 8.5% from last year. The report also included preliminary estimates for other crops such as sugarcane, sugarbeets, and sweet potatoes.
