What is it?
An 8h o-site seminar were people can shape the destiny of their company through a practical
experience. It is based on the AI (appreciative inquiry) change method. The horses will help the
team brainstorm, build and test their design. The horses will take and amplify the emotional
state of the people and create the emotional link between people and the change they propose.

Note: When booking a seminar, well hold a debrief session before to ensure what you want to
appreciatively inquire into as a team or as a company, and we tailor the seminar accordingly. Nothing is
cookie-cutter!
Dress code: the practical exercises will take place in an indoor riding
arena. We recommend leisure clothes with closed shoes or sport
shoes, adapted to the season or weather.
No previous riding experience required!
No phones or computers allowed - but then again, you wont feel the
need to check them - youll be 100% engaged.

It is a 1.5 days technical seminar dedicated to Strategy Execution, Portfolio Oce, Programme & Project Management & Sponsorship.
Here, participants will dive into the essentials (not basics) of projects execution framework, finding answers on topics that are not explicitly
addressed by methodologies or project management courses. In the second part of this seminar, participants will have the opportunity to
choose and discuss several hot topics and also address / optimise a particular project or program or their decision / governance framework.
8 sessions or 5 sessions (if the coachee has attended our leadership seminar before) program helping the coachee to discover its strengths,
formulate and achieve a business or personal objective.
