The teacher tells the pupils the title of the
new lesson: It was a warm evening. The
lesson is about words that describe weather.
T plays a video about weather vocabulary:

The teacher asks the pupils to open their


books at page 104 an to look at the pictures
The teacher elicits and teach the phrases
using the pictures only.

ACTIVITY 1

Reading/Writing

In pairs, T asks Ss to look at the phrases in


exercise 1 and match them to the pictures.

Ss look at the phrases

For example:

eachother about the
cities in the pictures.

The teacher asks the pupils to repeat the


new words.

Writing

The teacher will ask the pupils to write in


their workbooks and come to the board to
solve exercises 1 and 2 on page 73 in order
to practice the new words.

The pupils will read


the name of the cities
aloud and try to guess
the season in every
picture.

T teaches the question and answer from:


Whats the weather like in Rome? Its warm
and sunny. T writes it on the blackboard
The teacher will write on the board the new
words then the teacher will translate it into
Romanian.
