GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Data Management
Assembling and managing Lists
Cleaning, De-duping, removing invalids
Targeting & Segmentation
Identify better quality customers/leads using data, preferences, and
profiles
Optimize, recommend, implement targeting and segmentation
strategies
Employ predictive marketing strategies
Campaign Management
Implement pilot test marketing programs to quantify the efficacy of
new campaigns
Centralize omnichannel marketing data to better optimize with data
around media overlap, attribution trends, and assisted conversions
Implement customer retention programs to reduce churn and
increase profitability
Performance Measurement & Analysis
Gain actionable insights with customized customer path-toconversion analyses
Implement and measure creative and campaign testing
methodologies to ensure performance improvements over time
Assess the current level of data-informed marketing decision-making
and areas for improvement
Create sustainable competitive advantage by better coordinating and
keeping score across marketing activities.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science preferable)

MBA (MARKETING)

WORK EXPERIENCE

Total 4+ Years of experience in SAP

2+ years experience in SAP implementation/customization
experience
Strong cross-functional integration experience
