MAC PTSAs Brahma Bucks Night

Dear MacArthur Parents,

Please join the MacArthur PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association), the faculty, staff and our principal, Mr.
Martinez on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in the Brady Auditorium for our annual Open House
and Brahma Bucks Night.
The MacArthur PTSA operates for the benefit of all students and Brahma Bucks Night is PTSAs only
fundraiser. This is a one-time event that we ask for your support and contribution to provide for programs
such as Red Ribbon Week, Snacks for TAKS, Mentoring, Project Graduation, Keep Mac Beautiful and the
Blossom Scholarship Fund just to name a few. Your Brahma Bucks donation will be collected during the open
house event. Envelopes will be made available and students will be around campus collecting your donations
in their blue baskets. If you are unable to attend Brahma Bucks Night and the Open Hose, your donation can
be accepted at the MacArthur Main Office. If you havent joined the MAC PTSA, its not too late! Stop by the
membership table to join!

6:30 Principals Welcome/PTSA General Meeting in the Auditorium All Parents
7:00 Open House Schedule (7 min. per class, 5 min. passing periods) All Parents
Your childs schedule can be found online on the Parent Portal and will be available at the open house also.
Please mark your calendars for Tuesday, September 20, 2016 to meet your Principal, Peter Martinez, your
