- Consultation in changes that affect OH&S.
- Representation in OH&S matters (information on
arrangements of participation & who is representative).

their OH&S.
Ensure external IPs are consulted when appropriate.

Establish, Implement & Maintain procedures to
record, investigate & analyse incidents to;
a) Determine deficiencies causing occurence
b) Identify need for corrective action.
c) Identify opportunities for preventive action.
d) Identify opportunities for cont. improvement.
