I would like to apply for the vacant position of Engineer III, which was vacated by
Engr. Virgilio L. Garcia, who retires last May 16, 2014.
I am Mr. Alexander B. Iringan, Civil Engineer of legal age, resident of Alibago,
Enrile, Cagayan and presently holding the position of OIC-Chief, Construction Section
for almost two years, (Engineer II).
It is also important to note that with my long years of sincere service with the
agency from the DPWH-Cagayan 1st to DPWH- Cagayan 2nd makes me feel confident that
I am qualified for promotion to the said position. Attached is my updated CSC Form 212
