Job Description;
Preparing commercial price of steel structural erection, equipment
installation, painting and blasting, scaffolding erection and dismantling,
piping works fabrication and installation for Onshore Piping and
Associated Facilities for Tank 7 and New Jetty MLNG Tank 7 of Bintulu,
Sarawak, Malaysia
Prepared tender document and quotationpiping work of Carbon Steel and
Stainless Steel at MLNG PLANT TRAIN 9.
Responsible for the overall project management which include project
planning, project implementation and quality control of the projects.
Undertaken project supervisory and coordination, evaluate feasibilities
studies, lead technical discussion and meetings with client and main
contractors.
Troubleshoot and problem solving to ensure smooth operation and
delivery of the project
Steel Structural and Civil Engineer (QA / QC Department)
Job Description;
Assembled and lead a team of inspection that consists of main-contractor
and subcontractors to deliver the high quality of project through daily site
activities such as rebar works, excavation, formworks preparation,
concrete workability, surveying works, steel structure erection,
alignment, welding and painting.
Arranged and witnessed of Field Density Test (FDT) through sand
replacement method to get the result of dry density of the soil and
directly to determine the degree or amount of compaction of the
soil in the construction.

Arranged and witnessed of Cone Penetration Test (CPT) in order to

determine the geotechnical engineering properties of soils and
delineating soil stratigraphy of the site construction.
Arranged and witnessed others site conduct testing such asMicro pile
installation, Water Filling Tight Test, and Pile Integrity Test (PIT).
Reported the overage, shortage, damage and non-conformance
work to the main-contractor to ensure every non-conformance
are detailed and updated.
Assigned to lead the final inspections works by joint inspection with
subcontractors, main contractors Chiyoda Sarawak Sdn. Bhd. (CSSB)
member of the Chiyoda Corporation Co. Ltd. before finalized hand over to
Tokuyama Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Member of the Tokuyama Corporation Co.
Ltd.)

QA/QC Engineer &Civil Engineer

Job Description;
Implemented Project Quality Plan at the factory.
Ensured that the companys Quality Plan is applied effective so that meet
the SIRIM requirement.
Reported and accountable any non-conformance to Quality Assurance
Management (QAM).
Ensured the quality of internal testing such as Moisture Content,
Mechanical Analysis, Concrete Cube Strength Test, Load Test of various
product, and Pile Load Test are done on daily basis to be submitted to
QAM, SIRIM, client, third party consultant and respective government
agencies such as Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) and Majlis Perbandaran (MP)
are followed the Malaysian Standard (MS1314; Part 3, 5, and 6, MS881;
Part 1 & 3) and British Standard (BS).
Conducted any audited session yearly basis with Standards and Industrial
Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM) and quarterly of internal audited
session to ensure the company is compliance with the term and
conditions of constructions work in Malaysia.
