Dear member:
We are completing the preparations for the
organization of the 8th SIERS Conference. We are now
indicating to you some important deadlines that you
should meet so as to help us to organize successfully
our next meeting in Trento.
1. If you have not already done so, you should
communicate to us, before May 31st, the nights
for which you want to reserve your rooms in Trento.
We remind you that the organizers will be able to
cover the cost of two hotel nights during the
conference. We enclose again the form by which
you can indicate your reservation.
2.

You should also confirm if you will be able to join us

for the dinner on September 21st, to which you
are invited as well by the organizers of the
Conference, writing a message to the following email address staffdip.lett@unitn.it (Re: SIERS).

You can pay the dues for the social dinner on

September 22st by using the link
http://www.unitn.it/en/form/events

4. We enclose the provisional program of the

conference. Please confirm that you have no
objection to give your paper on the foreseen day and
time. Papers cannot be longer than 20
minutes, so as to promote discussion between
contributors and audience in each session.

5.

In case that your paper is given in a language

different than Spanish, we ask you to send a
summary of no less than 1,ooo words in English or
Spanish before August 31st to the e-mail address
staffdip.lett@unitn.it (Re: SIERS).

6.

The definitive delivery of the text of your paper

for publication in the conference proceedings can
be done on the very day of its pronunciation, to the
session chair; or by e-mail before January 31st,
2017, to the e-mail address lia.coen@unitn.it .

7.

We remind you that, in order to validate your status

of member and your participation in the
Conference, you shall need to have paid the
Associations membership fees by September 21st
2016. You can do that by using the SIERS web page
http://www.siers.es/pagocuota/enviar.htm, or
contacting the Treasurer Jorge Garca Lpez at the
address jorge.garcia@udg.edu.
