septation within it.

The gall bladder is physiologically distended. Wall thickness is normal and there are no
calculi.
The CBD measures 3.1 mm and appears normal. Polyp measuring 6 mm is seen along the
GB wall. Other tiny polyps are also seen.
Heterogenous mass measuring -- cm was seen in the lower uterine cavity and cervical
canal. On doppler it reveals a prominent vascular pedicle which arises from the posterior
uterine wall.
Anomaly Scan: -] Bilateral choroid plexus cysts are seen, measuring mm and mm
Thick-walled cystic mass measuring 1.6 cm is seen in the left adnexa. Doppler reveals
increased peripheral vascularity.

2016 ). HR is 178 BPM.
Both ovaries appear normal. Left ovary reveals a physiological cyst measuring 2.2 cm.
In sufficiency :
Hypoechoic nodule measuring 4 mm and isoechoic nodule measuring 6 mm are seen in the
right lobe. Other very tiny nodules are also seen. Color Doppler reveals peripheral vascularity
around the nodules and mildly increased gland vascularity.
Significant lymph nodes are not detected. Mildly dilated small bowel loops are noted
