Interpretation:

Table 1 shows that 40 percent of 12 out of 30 nursing students were rated by their
clinical instructors Very satisfactory when it comes to prioritizing the need of patient at
all time, however 10 out of 30 students nurses were rated satisfactory and 8 out of 30
student nurses were rated outstanding by their clinical instructors in this matter.
>46.66 percent of 14 out of 30 student nurses were rated very satisfactory when it
comes to implementing the plan of care for patients. 33.33 percent of 10 out of 30
nursing students rated satisfactory and 20 percent of 8 out of 30 nursing students were
rated outstanding.
> When it comes to making clinical judgments using evidence-based practice out comes
to ensure safe and effective nursing care, percent of 16 out of 30 students were rated
very satisfactory by their clinical instructors. Percent of 11 out of 30 students were rated
satisfactory, 2 out of 30 students were rated outstanding and 1 out of 30 students was
rated the need for improvement.

Interpretation:

Table 2 shows that 43.33 percent of 13 out of 30 nursing students were rated by their
clinical instructors outstanding when it comes to administering medication on due time,
however 11 out of 30 students nurses were rated very satisfactory and 5 out of 30
student nurses were rated outstanding by their clinical instructors in this matter. 1 were
rated the need for improvement.
>40 percent of 12 out of 30 student nurses were rated very satisfactory when it comes
to performing the procedures smoothly and accurately. 30 percent of 9 out of 30 nursing
students rated outstanding, 23.33 percent of 7 out of 30 nursing students were rated
satisfactory and6.66 percent of 2out of 30 were rated needs for improvement.
> When it comes to checking the patient and doing rounds earlier than duty time, 36.66
percent of 11 out of 30 students were rated outstanding by their clinical instructors.

>When it comes to attending to patients needs promptly 36.66 percent of 11out of 30
students were rated outstanding and very satisfactory. 6 out of 30 nursing students were
rated very satisfactory and 2 out of 30 nursing students were rated the need for
improvement.
