AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF REGULATION
ORDINANCE NO. 2013-338 ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ARTICLE 11 OF REGULATION ORDINANCE NO. 2009-216 (AN
ORDINANCE RE-ESTABLISHING PARKING AREAS FOR ALL
VEHICLES IN THE CITY OF ILOILO)", TO INCLUDE THE ENTIRE
STREETS OF QUEZON, DELGADO, JALANDONI, MABINI, AND DE
LEON, CITY PROPER DISTRICT, IN THE PROHmmoN AGAINST
ON-ROAD PARKING

Councilors Lyndon V. Acap, Joshua C. Alim and Jason R.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City oflloilo, that:
Section 1. -

CITY OF ILOILO) ", be amended and should now read, as follows, to wit:
"Section 1. - x x x
1. CITY PROPER
m. Entire length of Quezon Street
n. Entire length of Delgado Street
o. Entire length of Jalandoni Street
p. Entire length ofMabini Street
q. Entire length of De Leon Street"
Section 2. Repealing Clause. - All existing ordinances, executive orders, resolutions,
regulations or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed,
amended and revised.
Section 3. - Separability Clause. - If, for any reason, any part of the provisions of this
Ordinance shall be declared to be unsconstitutional or invalid by a competent court, other parts
or provisions hereof which are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.
Section 4. - Effectivity Clause. - This ordinance shall take effect immediately after the
approval hereof
