Introduction
A delicacy is a usually rare or expensive food item that is considered highly
desirable, sophisticated or peculiarly distinctive, within a given culture.

in a particular place thats why its quite expensive and rare.


In the Philippines, we have a lot of delicacies that comes from different cities and
regions. Nevertheless, some of our delicacies are not that expensive you can buy it
cheaper but the taste is worth of buying for. In addition, one of the reasons why
foreigners come to the Philippines because of our specialty foods like balut that is only
seen in our country.
We are famous in delicacies in terms of native delicacies this is what you called
kakanin. Kakanin is made from the glutinous rice, coconut milk, and sugar. It is popular
to Filipinos and it is usually present on special occasions such as weddings, birthdays,
anniversaries, fiesta and holidays like Christmas and New Year. Theres a lot of kind of
kakanin; like sapin-sapin, biko, suman, puto, putobungbong, bibingka and so on.

In every region, there are different unique delicacies and foods that are originated and
made by the specific place. These foods have been bequeathed by our ancestors and
passed to different generations and until now this foods are known to our country.

offers the different Pinoy delicacies.

Brief Summary of the Firm


There are 7,107 islands in the Philippine with a lot of tourist destinations with

different specialties like food also called as delicacies. The only way to buy that
product is to go to that certain place. We have decided to put up a business that will
provides all the specialty of every cities and provinces within the Philippines.

The name of our firm is Pinoy Delight which is located at Robinsons Novaliches,
Second Floor, Main Mall. Our firm will sell and provide some authentic delicacies that
you can only avail in the different places places in the Philippines. We will import our
products from the specific places or maybe we will hire a chef that knows how to cook
the different kinds of specialties of the Philippines. Also our products sell in affordable
price and we will fulfill the craving of the customers by giving them the best foods of the
Philippines that will suits their taste buds and tummy in a hassle free-way.

And as a part of tourism industry, our firm will not only satisfy our customers in terms of
foods but also we will provide a information about the origin and how the products are
made so that the customers will have the knowledge about it.

III.i Proponents
Our busines is classified as Partnership. The people behind the Pinoy Delights are as
follows:

Ana Clarizsa M. Espea- Graduated at University of Caloocan City with a degree


of Bachelor of Science in Tourism. With three years working experienc e in Sofitel
Luxury Hotel as a Receptionist and two years working experience at Costa
Cruise Line as a Front Desk Clerk and now taking up her Masters Degree.

Erica Eunice C. Honorica- Graduated at University of Caloocan City with a


degree of Bachelor of Science in Tourism. Owner of Proud Honorica Catering
Services one of the leading Catering services here in Calo0can City.

Trina Mae C. Pelayo- Graduated at University of Caloocan City with a degree of


Bachelor of Science in Tourism. She worked at Philippine Airline as a Flight
Stewardess for three years and now taking up her Masteral Degree in De
Lasalle University.

Rudilyn B. Ramos- Graduated at University of Caloocan City with a degree of


Bachelor of Science in Tourism. Owner of Paris Souvenir Shop, have a five
years working experience on City of Dreams Hyatt Hotel as Casino Dealer.

Catherine Y. Riguer- Graduated at University of Caloocan City with a degree of


Bachelor of Science in Tourism. She worked at Solaire Hotel and Casino as a
Concierge for two years and worked at Disney Cruises as Front Desk Clerk for
three years.

Beginning of the plan until the execution. We have decided to put up the business in the
month Febuary and with 2 months of preparation our business will open in the month of
April.
