Roles & Responsibilities:
I am in the role of HRBP handling core HR activities for all the technology
teams of naukri, 99acres, jeevansathi, shiksha. My vertical consists of
product, design and marketing departments. Handling a head count 400
+ employees.
I am playing an important role in the area of talent acquisition from
scratch after discussing the manpower requirements with the business
heads.

Deployed employee referrals as an effective means of recruitments, especially


for Product and Technology Profiles.

Campus hiring from Tier 1 Engineering colleges. Involved in activities such


as campus identification, coordinating with TPOs, preparing assessment
tests, branding, on campus co-ordination and rolling out offers . Colleges
